Once I get to the point of verifying my cart, the app freezes and then crashes. It resets my phone!

I've used Acima 3 times and done early payoffs. It's been great to get things slightly ahead of schedule. If you pay in 90 days or less from when you receive you items, it's a simple flat fee of about $60. If you pay over 1 year, the price basically doubles for the item... I got lucky I paid this 4th item off recently, a day after the app stopped working and it's been 3 days now and I am still unable to log in. I feel bad for people who are trying to pay before the 90 days. They're at the mercy of the app being down. It feels almost intentional that it's down this long. I work in IT and things happen, but at least have some redundancy with a web portal to pay or shop... this is kinda the downfall here.
Keep getting a message that they are having technical issues. Quite annoying
Not getting passed hang on a sec
I’m trying to log in, message continuously says experiencing trouble, try back in 10 minutes.
Not working keeps saying wait 10 min and try again been doing this for 3 days now
Cannot login yet payments being processed..
Acima app continues to say “hang on a sec!” While attempting to log in. Been doing it since 2/27/23. I have an upcoming payment. Can’t log in.
