app keeps crashing
Cinemark app is often unable to connect or is very, very, very slow. It is almost useless right now.
Cannot get my app to load. Just keep getting a circle thing that goes round & round. I turned my phone off & then back on again but it didn’t help. I’m afraid to delete the app & reload it again because I don’t want to lose any rewards.
Can’t login to app. I can login to website but app isn’t working.
App has not worked for weeks for me, super frustrating lol. Doesn’t login doesn’t load, not sure how it’s been down for so long without a fix?
Been trying to get a ticket for the movie “NOPE”. I’ve refreshed the application several of times and it gives me the available seats in green. When I try to pay I get this message “ Shopping cart contains more tickets than are available for: Nope-7/22/2022, Nope-7/22/2022 “ Even though I’m just getting two tickets, two available seat and they aren’t obstructing other seats.
