Hello download the app yesterday 13.11.2023, for my smart watch Q19 pro 5633, I wear the watch to bed but this morning it didn't have any data on the sleep bit on the app and today I wanted to change the watch face I downloaded the one I liked and it started to install it but than got to a point and keep on saying failed to send so can you please help I have reset the watch and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but with the same thing keeps happening failed to send thank you for your help and wait your reply thank you.

Good morning. A few days ago I bought an Aswee watch that works with your platform. I registered my username with my gmail account and put a password. Everything works perfect, until I try to share data with Google Fit, at that moment I get the following message: The app tried to access sensitive information from your Google account. To protect the account, Google blocked this access. Please help as it is essential that I can syncronize my watch with Google Fit.

As many others have stated, I do not receive the verification code so my device cannot connect to the app. It's obviously a common problem but there's insufficient troubleshooting or support for this app / compatible devices. What a pile of crap / rip off.

When recording weight, it doesn't record it correctly. 213.6 ends up as 219, 208 ends up as 214. Also, doesn't collect all sleep data for the night

I still have version 2.07. Every time there is an update, my iPhone won’t update the app. I have tried everything to make sure it is not blocked from doing so. Also, it’s so annoying that I see other peoples questions on this site, but I can’t help them out when I could answer their question for them quickly, or I don’t see an answer to their question, that may help me out. I’ve had my watch for almost 2 years now, and have worked out how to use it really well, even though it hasn’t updated for me.

I downloaded the app to set up my smart watch fitness tracker. When I open the app, it asks to create an account - i put my email and password and click get code. The code does not come, and sometimes when it does come, since i'm on the phone, i have to go to the other window to get to my email, which when if I get the code, then when i come back to the app, the page with code is gone and i have to start all over again. I had a problem not getting the verification code as I was trying to set it up with my normal personal account which is on hotmail. When I changed it to the email account (gmail) that I use as my Samsung account on my Samsung phone, the verification code came through first time. Just adding in case this helps anyone else

I've gad tge Keep Health watch since January 2022, it has worked fine with the exception of the "sleep" which is inaccurate. But since I did a phone update the app isn't working, just showing a k in the middle of the screen. I have turned the phone off and on again and the watch, I've uninstall the Keep Health app. Still not working.

i fixed it up date your phone in system then go in to apps in settings and clear all data itll ask n say youll lose w.e just go with it then open app and do the first time set up add you watch and good to go

My watch is new and given as a gift. The app worked very well for one and a half days and then said that the watch was not connected. I have uninstalled and app and re installed many times now. The app installs fully but says no device connected. I have followed all the recommended fixes but no success. I have also tried using a different email and the same issue occurred. Very disappointed.

My app worked perfectly until I had to reinstall it today and now it won't load, sticks on a white screen with k in the middle and freezes my phone. On the app install screen it says there was an app update on 14/06/22 so I'm assuming it's related to this. I have attempted to uninstall/reinstall numerous times but experience the same issue each time.

Keep health app requests that I log in. When I do with the correct email it says that it is incorrect. So then I choose the option to create a new account and the app does not send a verification code. I have attempted this dozens of times and it just does not work. :(
- Unable to get notifications to work despite following all the steps and resetting it.
- Unable to access all features it goes to settings then back to time.
- First night it disconnected and had to re-set everything.
- Does not allow to change the metric units of measurement.
- Does not automatically sync to the app, have to open it up and allow the watch to sync to view the info.
- The watch itself is very lackluster in terms of functionality.
