Wont download
App won't give me access on my new phone and tablet (both androids) or on my iPad. I've tried everything through my employer's office manager (she said she contacted HCMToGo), T- Mobile and on my own multiple times. Do I need you to approve access to these new devices? HCMToGO app now requests one-time authentication code. Have tried the one generated by Microsoft but it always rejects. Therefore unable to get into the app.

My account is locked.. would not take my password all of a sudden and tried a few times and now account is locked.
I only work a few days a week but at least once a week I cannot get the HCMtoapp to work. All I get is a blue circle going around and around. I am online when this happens. I have tried turning the phone on and off, resetting the network settings, and even reinstalled the app. It will work fine the next few times, then stops working again. I am using an iphone with the latest IOS.
The app is not working in my phone since the update a few weeks ago. I have made sure everything is updated on the phone, new iOS update done and deleted and redown loaded the app. I enter my information and go to enter, and it says my login is not found. It's the same log in and password that is on the laptop and the HR person reset.

I have some employees at Sunlite Plastics in Germantown that are trying to login on the app. Several employees got an error message after entering North America and our company shortname. The Error says "HTTP Status 404 - Not Found. Type: Status Report. Message: The requested source [/ta/4546.home] is not available. Description: the origin server did not find a current respresentation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists. Apache Tomcat/8.5.66"

Please check with your manager or company admin to get access to the new app. • When logging in with this app you will need to select the region you are using as well as the Company Shortname (The unique Identification number your company administrator needs to provide to you. • After you enter that information you will be prompted to enter in your Company, Username, and Password.
