I login then it loads for a second then sends me back to login screen

Guys, i was struggling to log in but what i did to recover was go into my gmail i used to log into my hcmtogo app and searched up mizecpas.. and go to the very bottom from when you started you account and it will give you the company name, username, and you can restart your password by using your last four digits of your social security number
