- Logo on the right hand side of my logo that I cannot get rid of

- No sign up when you download the app, so you can lose access to invoices you’ve created unless you sign up right then and there

The app won't open at all, just the page with the check mark in the middle, saying that it's loading but, never does. I am a paying customer. I have invoices to send and can't. Can and will this issue be fixed or do I need to cancel subscription and get a new app?

Force Stop the Invoice Simple App
1. On android, goto Settings » Invoice Simple » click [Force Stop]

Update Invoice Simple to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Invoice Simple App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Invoice Simple » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Invoice Simple.

Fix Invoice Simple unable to contact server/ Invoice Simple internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Invoice Simple » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Invoice Simple » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Invoice Simple
