I have lost all of my cards and now the app is requesting to sign up as a new user. Has anyone else had this issue or does anyone know how to have all the card downloaded? Cheers

Good morning. On my Samsung 21 Ultra, when I create a new Card, the person´s BIRTHDATE shows up as November 9, 1984 (for all new entries) and I cannot change it. I am however able to change it on the computer and then, via server, it gets updated on my phone. But how can I input the Birthdate correctly directly on my phone? I have already unistalled and reinstalled the CamCard App Thank you Tommaso

How to fix CamCard app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CamCard app on iPhone
Update CamCard app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CamCard iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CamCard on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CamCard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CamCard Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CamCard not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CamCard App
1. On android, goto Settings » CamCard » click [Force Stop]

Update CamCard to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CamCard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CamCard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CamCard.

Fix CamCard unable to contact server/ CamCard internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CamCard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CamCard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CamCard
