I have just purchased two appliances a washer and a dryer. Neither will connect to my iPhone 11 or 12 when scanning the appliances it takes me to download the same app I’m already using and tells me to use a phone that’s NFC enabled which I am doing. Only reason I bought these appliances was because of the smart feature

I created pan account but cant log in the application, always tell me your user name or password is incorrect. But I'm sure 100% of my correct user and pass.
