MY ZOSI SMART APP STOP WORKING IN MY IPHONE SINCE YESTERDAY. WHEN I CLICK TE ZOSI SMART IN MY IPHONE IT JUST TRY TO OPEN FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS THEN NOTHING HAPPENS AND ICON IT CAME BACK TO THE ZOSI ICON IN THE SCREEN!!!

Zosi smart app stalling and crashing.It was working perfectly until last week, any fix for this would be appreciated.
The app does nor work for me at all. I have the app on my phone and my "away from home" computer. Both devices (through app) show a gray house for all cameras and says "offline". Yet my cameras are not offline. The main source to view the cameras in my home shows them all working just fine. The app was a headache before this. You cannot navigate this from a phone. I tell it to do one thing and it does another. Also, I am far from technilogically challenged. This was just a horrible app before it crashed. Once the company gets this app back up and running again. it will also need a serious upgrade.
No indications of motion on playback. No colour change on timeline. Selecting an event just goes to start of recording for that day. Using microSD card.

APP on pc has worked in the past. Last couple of times I have tried to view cameras nothing comes up. live screen is blank. I can view on my phone. tried to re add the device but it says device already installed. I need to be able to view and replay on the computer.
Hi. The "news" part of my Zosi Cloud has stopped working. I no longer receive any notifications of movement on the app. I've tried everything I can think of and spent hours trying to fix it. Unplugging, checking permissions, updating firmware. I'm at a total loss.
App was working well and then ceased. Tried to reinstall it and it gets to 85% and then failed connection error appears. Zosi sent through their suggestions to fix, but to no avail. We have tried everything and more spending 4 hours on it thus far and still no complete connection. Have reverted to them asking for further advice.
I have been using the app on my android phone for years to monitor cameras and DVR at my cabin. I have successfully recorded movies of stored videos many times (storing on my phone, not in cloud). In October my app stopped working with a message that it expired. I recently re-linked it to the DVR and everything works except when I record a movie with the app the video is not playable. I tried using various media players. The files are also very small (3.22kB). The path to the file of one of the movies is /sdcard/Android/data/com.ansjer.zccloud_a/files/ZosiSmart/robert.nippoldt55@redacted/EG92RM3PUHPDUPCD111A_Garden/20221119_075640.mp4. I do not use the cloud storage. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Old movies on my phone that were created by the app still play. It looks like it is trying to store the movie on the cloud. Is there a way for me to change the default storage area to my local phone? Thank you for your help.
zosi smart for android phone app has been working and it was working this morning. Now I open the app and see the 8 pane camera window and then I click the quad square icon to open the real time cameras. I can look at them for about 10 seconds and then that mode closes and returns to the previous old screen. I do it again and then I get a window that says. Zosi Smart keeps stopping, App Info, Close App, Send feedback pops up. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling and clearing cache and repeat problems.
I have a Samsung Galaxy A12 phone and needed to add some room to storage, so I cleared the cache and data files from the Zosi Smart App. Afterwards, whenever I would open the App it would constantly crash, saying that the "initialization failed." I then uninstalled it from my phone, then re-installed it - I did this several times - but it still kept crashing. I attempted to add my Zosi ZR08MN DVR device, but it doesn't complete the task and crashes again. I installed the app on my brother's phone to see if it was just my phone and it worked fine on his phone. I had it working before on my phone, so I'm not sure why it's having trouble now. Any ideas?
over the weekend the push notification was working fine and i was recieving all my notifications for all my cameras remotely since yester i am unable to recieve any form of notification. arre you guys having probiems tihe the app
push notification seems not to be working on the app unable to get any type of notifications even thouhg the cameras are up and running
Push notifications stopped working on all my cameras and I get " Internal Server Error" message all afternoon. I can only log in to my account locally. Appears Zozi Smart App Sever is down.

I cannot view my Cametas from my phone, also I put my cameras on auto rotate, and they have been moving really slow since me using that feature. The whole point of me hanging cameras is for piece of mind. I've had these cameras in the front and back of my home and haven't had any issues until the past few weeks
I have 2 cameras. Camera 1 is running version 2.2.1 and works fine. Camera 2 is running version 2.2.4 and keeps giving me a "network error" message I have reformatted the SD card. Removed and reinstalled the device. Tried everything. Is there a way to roll back this camera to version 2.2.1 which always worked fine before?
