I just received 3 new Kasa smart plugs HS103P3 and can't get them to work. I have others on the Kasa app that work fine. What am I doing wrong? Please give me a call at 630.251.7497.
Keeps crashing. I’m using iPhone with latest iOS 16.3. This is so annoying. I’m trying to monitor my toddler upstairs.
The new function; add devices to indiv created “rooms”. I tried this numerous times and it just doesn’t work even though it says “success” in adding devices to the room.

We have two Kasa Spot camaras and 2 Tilt camaras. The Tilt camaras work fine. The Spot camaras worked for a while and now both loose connectivity. I can unplug them and plug them back in and they work for a while (30 to 60 minutes) and then the light turns red, and they lose connectivity again. Same thing happens even if I reset them.

I was just referred to a third party by customer service at a cost of 46. I want the charge refunded ASAP. this has all the signs of a scam. Kasa should be ashamed if they are unable to provide customer service.
i am an electrician and installed app 20 kasa and trying to find out one 3way switch on the app connects and turns on the lights but after about 5-8 seconds the app indicator shows the switch turns off. but in reality, the lights stay on, and I can still use the app to cut them off I have tried to see if it the switch by installing another new one, but it did the same thing. anything I should check

App was working with a schedule to my non-dimmer switch until this week. Now I get the message 'connection error" and am only able to control the light through the app on Local. My wifi is working fine, has not moved, and my cellphone is on 2G wifi. I am Iphone software 15.4.
Unable to Create Account with Kasa Smart App. Error Message: The email address is already being used by another account. ??? Unable to connect Power Strip to my wireless Device List.
