I bought 2 strings. 1 set up easily, one was a challenge but finally connected. They worked great for a few weeks then the difficult one randomly went offline. I can't seem to get it back. Does anyone answer these?

I have two Atomi string lights strung together over our pool and I love them! We recently changed our wifi and I was able to connect one of them to the new 2.4 wifi but the other is not responding. I was able to get the non-working string to blinking red for setup, but now it won't power on at all (even with trying the 10 second reset). I can operate the first string with the app beautifully but have a non-working string attached to it. Would prefer to fix it before having to re-string a new one as a bit dangerous on the ladder. Can you help me? Thank you!

Lights won't work with app. Some of the bulbs will n some won't. It won't power off.

I have set my pathway lights and spot lights to come on at sunset and go off at sunrise. My lights show they are all online but not all lights come on or go off according to the schedule. It isn’t the same lights from day to day that don’t come on or off Sometimes lights #1 times and #4 doesn’t come on or go off but the next day they come on or off and it might be lights #3, #5 and #10 that don’t come on or off. I have grouped the lights into three groups: spot lights, front pathway lights and back pathway lights. I have set sunrise, effective daytime (from sunrise to sunset) every day, IF it is sunrise in my city, THEN spotlights (group), front pathway (group) and back pathway (group) lights OFF. I have set sunset, effective night (from sunset to sunrise) every day, IF it is sunset in my city, THEN spotlights, front pathway and back pathway light groups go ON and are bright white. It has been very frustrating. I have recreated the schedules multiple times with no improvement. Once in a while I luck out and the all come on or go off.

I have a set of 3 lights connected to each other. i only turn on for the holidays. the 3rd set does not power on - i pressed the power button and it does not turn on. can you give me advise on how to turn on?

Several strings will not allow us to reset to the red flashing in order to connect to the Wi-Fi. Like everyone else I’m totally disappointed with this product, Totally got ripped off

Worst app ever My Home is fully integrated with Google Home every light and switch is connected and this app will not connect!!! Wifi 6 is the standard and has been for over 3 years and still Atomi has not caught up, Why? But luckily I had another router a Gryphon with Wifi 5 , still does not connect have you read the list of things you have to do to trouble shoot for these lights way to much sorry but this should be easy as 1-2-3 and if not it need needs to be fixed so it does I have followed all the direction

Lights worked perfectly for 6 months, then had power outage, and app can't locate device. Even when we are able to bring up 2.4g when we operate on dual 2.4/5g. We love these lights, we are not electronic sophisticated it is very frustrating. Looking for simple solution.

I own two strings, one string is doing what others have seen. A few lights at the end flicker and flash. They come-on on their own and wont shut off until power is unplugged. I took that string back to Costco and purchased a new string. Once I installed the replacement string the other old string started to do the same thing, new string was fine. Can these be fixed or do they just need to be returned?

We have 7 sets of these lights. Four of them work correctly. The other 3 will not program. Two sets have 3 or 4 lights at the end of the string that blink different colors and will not go to the program mode of blinking red. All bought at Costco, not that that makes any difference. We have tried everything suggested. Very frustrating with the amount of money we have spent.

About half of the string is blinking independently from the rest of the string. Even when the lights are turned off, they continue to blink until I unplug the lights.

Light blink erratically before they come on when using a scene, either by a time set or using sunset. They do the same when they are supposed to shut off, they behave erratically and are unresponsive to the app which I created triggers to turn off or turn on, and the automation. I finally had to unplug them.

My Atomi string lights will stay on even when I power them off through the app - they just cycle through the colors. I’ve deleted them and added them back on through 2g and still not responding with the app. It won’t let me change to anything but white, and when I try to turn them off, they go to blinking colors.

One string of Lights acting erratic and will not turn off. The other 3 sting work as they should.
