Hi, my son purchased 4 cameras and installed them after my husband passed away. 3 of the cameras work great, no problem but one worked at first and then would only work sometimes and for the last 2 months it has not worked at all. Can I get a replacement for that camera, please? Thanks.

iPhone SE with latest operating system. Wyze app runs very very slow, hangs or crashes. I’ve cleared the cache, logged out and in, powered phone off and on and limited apps running in background. Also uninstalled and reinstalled app. Works better the first couple times using then back to same slow and crashing app.

The app freezes my phone, and sometimes goes to a black screen which I cannot resolve. I have to wait until the phone comes back on its own. Not sure if the app is finally releasing memory or if something else is happening. I have deleted the app and re-installed it twice. Is it possible that there is an incompatibility with the cameras?

Tried to get into the Wyze app and the screen says I must update app but the screen is frozen. Can not get into any of my devices because I cannot get past this frozen update screen.

How to fix Wyze app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wyze app on iPhone
Update Wyze app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wyze iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wyze on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wyze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wyze Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wyze not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wyze App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wyze » click [Force Stop]

Update Wyze to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wyze App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wyze » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wyze.

Fix Wyze unable to contact server/ Wyze internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wyze » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wyze » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
