Hi, my son purchased 4 cameras and installed them after my husband passed away. 3 of the cameras work great, no problem but one worked at first and then would only work sometimes and for the last 2 months it has not worked at all. Can I get a replacement for that camera, please? Thanks.
iPhone SE with latest operating system. Wyze app runs very very slow, hangs or crashes. I’ve cleared the cache, logged out and in, powered phone off and on and limited apps running in background. Also uninstalled and reinstalled app. Works better the first couple times using then back to same slow and crashing app.
The app freezes my phone, and sometimes goes to a black screen which I cannot resolve. I have to wait until the phone comes back on its own. Not sure if the app is finally releasing memory or if something else is happening. I have deleted the app and re-installed it twice. Is it possible that there is an incompatibility with the cameras?

Wyze app freezes up can’t access my lights or cameras. A lot of money not being used
Tried to get into the Wyze app and the screen says I must update app but the screen is frozen. Can not get into any of my devices because I cannot get past this frozen update screen.
