Sydney Health app will not sync with my Apple Health data for fitness data, although everything says it's connected.
Sydney rewards section is just completely blank when I try to go to it or redeem rewards. This needs to be fixed ASAP as I want to redeem my rewards before year end!!!!
When trying to update my action plan, I am getting a message stating that it's not working and to try again. I've been trying for 2 days now.
The nutrition part of the app locks up when I want to add new foods to my day. Locks especially when I try to change the quantity. I also keep getting a pop up stating that it found a previous log and have to hit okay every time.
I also cannot connect sydney to google fit. Same issue as previously reported by other users.
When I click on my rewards it directs me to a blank screen that never loads.
I cannot use the application.
It says operation system not supported
I also cannot link the Sydney app to Google Fit. I tap on the "Connect to Google Fit" prompt and it just brings me back to the previous screen

Logged me out when I was next in line for my appointment. When I logged back in I lost my place, I need help!!!
I spoke with a provider, had tests ordered a couple weeks ago. I have notifications in my care tab but when I go there I cannot access them. I also got a notification that I received a message from my provider but no way to see it.
I used Virtual Care for over a month, received a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescriptions. I'm due for a follow-up for medication and my records are gone. Support doesn't know what I'm talking about and I can't locate my records to take to a physical provider. I have one week of medication left.
Won't let me take a picture of my license
I signed up for a virtual appointment, was told I was next in line, waited for 40 minutes only to never get a call and the waiting room screen just went away. I requested a second appointment and I am waiting again but this time, I am 5th in line. Super disappointing when you are led to believe you will have an appointment soon.
I need to talk to an online doctor ASAP because my prescription is running out but online hasnt ever worked for my account despite numerous tech supports who tell me to just restart my phone or computer or to log in and log out. I need assistance ASAP.
Will not sync with iPhone health app. Fitbit has no problem but I don’t use a Fitbit any longer.

I cannot log on to the app on my Iphone. It says it has issues with the getting the security code to work and it doesn't like my security question answers. can you help?
The Sydney app repeatedly has problems with logins every few weeks. Can’t get in to see what I need. This has gone on for a couple of years.
