My only problem is connecting with this app . Sometimes it goes straight through when on the road and other times you have to attempt 5,6,7 times before it links up. I would blame it on my phone but I’m running an up to date apple 8; so phones not the issue. If they tweaked the system a touch or two I would recommend it to anyone for home or business use.I bought my system to keep an eye on my mother whom has Alzheimer’s and or dementia and a history of falling. As she is 86 it kinda racks my nerves worrying about her as I’m trying to link up but once linked up the picture quality is great and I can see what I need to see to stop me from worrying and have a few minutes to myself to clear my mind. Other than the sign on or linking up problem I think it’s a totally awesome system.

Love the cameras and quality, love that ZosiSmart gives you feedback on motion. The only problem I have with ZosiSmart though is that playback fails a-lot and need to be refreshed 1-3times before it actually works, also going back to playback i’ve notice it doesn’t record a-lot of things to be playback. Another things is going back to look at logs and such the times for realtime and camera time correspond to one another but doesn’t on ZosiSmart it is a full day behind on ZosiSmart , once ZosiSmart gets reworked and fixed I will be glad to rewrite my review.

I am very happy with these cameras. Great picture and signal range. I have had it hooked up for over a year now with no issues. Farthest camera from NVR is appx 50 feet going through 4 walls and I get great reception. Only 2 issues: I wish that the view from the cameras was a little bit wider, and when the system resets due to power outage, the beep it makes is so loud that it will startle you out of your sleep. Other than those issues, set up was flawless, I haven’t had them disconnect on me, ZosiSmart works flawlessly every time. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend. I have the 8 channel NVR and am going to add 4 more cameras as soon as I am able to order them. Again, great system and extremely happy with it.

I liked the system, it did exactly what I needed. Except record and audio. Other than that, serves the purpose I put it in place for. Now it works when it wants…. I was really into this company and product. I thought I’d be a life time customer and my children, I’m starting to see, maybe not. And I use to tell anybody who needed one, this company was awesome. I don’t know what’s happening, but hopefully it stops.. it’s better to make some money than no money at all… everybody wants to get rich, but there is only so much you can do with a camera. Maybe keep pushing the product to huts in Africa.. get sales men to sell product instead or w/e path your going in. Sell units, and elite services where needed to big company’s and stuff.

Only thing is being that it’s a wired system and it’s 1080 pixel which is very very detailed and good, when you zoom in it gets hard to see from a far away point, but you can see the whole bottom of my block and the whole top of my block clearly. I have 2 outfront one 2 in the side and one in back,Doesn’t have the option to hear anything, and it does have infrared and LED works good at night!!!But sometimes it loading,And you want to see it right away by turning your phone off anon yeah it only takes a minute two, yes it has motion sensor and has the option to either let them come through or not, Anything sets it off the alerts I mean

While using mobile app, after so many minutes, when you view live video you have to refresh the screen, instead of the video already showing. Also, all cameras do not show unless you click on a camera and take a quick pic or video, go back and then the other cameras will appear at once. Other than that, the mobile app is ok. Oh yea, one more thing. I had to turn off my notifications because it’s too sensitive. The mobile app has no setting to adjust to receive fewer notifications. I live off a busy street and every time a vehicle passes, I will get a notification. That was annoying.

The old app worked perfect never a problem since the update that’s all I have is problems. Wish there was a phone number to talk to someone instead of email. It says I have motion notifications I click on them open ZosiSmart and it want load anything at all. I will repost this since it seems like y’all took it down. This new app update is garbage doesn’t work any more like it should I love the notifications that way I don’t have to watch it 24/7 now I guess I need to. I have reached out to customer service and still can’t get it fixed wish they had a phone number instead of emailing where you never get a response

Love the quality of the pictures! I wish ZosiSmart had as many options as the Zosi program itself. We had to go buy a tv so we had a monitor to set it up. Would have been nice to have been able to do everything remotely from a phone or computer. Also wish there was a way to remotely re-start the system. We were away and it went down. Which means no cameras were recording when we needed them the most. We also keep losing signal to a camera. It doesn’t make sense. Is there a way to use a camera to make another cameras signal stronger?

I bought the 2.4k or 5 MP system and have 7 of the 8 channels connected. System works flawlessly and the picture quality is perfect for what I need. I had to return one camera as it would not link up to the NVR and the only other complaint is that ZosiSmart lags sometimes and will reset for no reason. For the price vs quality, I couldn’t have ask for better. If on a budget or just want something to give you vision while your away; I highly recommend this product!

This is a good camera for the price. Very customer friendly and easy to navigate. It looses connection after several days of running. To reconnect it has to be unplugged. As, the reset button and SD card should have a extended cable with the appropriate sd slot and reset button inside the window. Those are minor flaws compared to the what this camera delivered. I still give 5 stars. Hopefully my feedback will develop a this app with upgrades features as mentioned above. Thnx

App needs improving.
Computer software needs signature my computer was refusing to download. I had to force it. Sign on seems to not want to work all the time. Had it installed using splitter and HDMI extenders and cameras won’t show up on monitor when changing resolution on camera system logo shows up on monitor but cameras don’t. Also system has control options that don’t seem to even apply to system as there is no response when trying to adjust iris or focus. Also feed from cameras to other device seem to blur at night but when looked at on main connection not.

Works but doesnt show live view when it first opens and need to press different buttons to engage in live view. Kind of unnecessary step for no real reason.

Also their is no way to view more than 4 cameras on the screen at once. Would be nice to be able to watch all 8 in one screen instead of having to flip through

Overall ZosiSmart seems stable and hasn’t crashed, connects fairly well and does its job. Just can improve with a few changes

Cannot register a new account, when selecting a region nothing shows up. Eventually it just opens up an account named “admin” but I need to set up an actual account. When I try to use a login with an account that I somehow managed to register about a week ago, the login doesn’t work (just spins the loading icon and then nothing happens, doesn’t tell me the password is incorrect), and when I try to reset the password an email never shows up. Please fix all of these bugs, I saw that the latest update was 2 weeks ago but clearly it doesn’t work. This is ridiculous for the amount of money we paid for the camera system.

The entire system from installation to finishing up with app is a great product for the value! My only complaint is ZosiSmart ! It likes to reset randomly and it seems to happen at times I need to see the camera’s rather than times I’m just randomly checking on my house. I am always able to go back in and look back at the feed so that’s a plus. If ZosiSmart didn’t glitch I would give this five stars plus!!! Because all in all it really is a great security addition to our home!

Need rotate function, sometimes seeing 4 cameras en horizontal would be much better. Specially on the iPad, which almost always is being used horizontally. The new UI is a bit better than the last. The biggest issue is that opening ZosiSmart doesn’t go straight to the video feeds. I need to click on on one, or all, and it takes too long to load (worst if one has bad internet). Should have a function to be able to pick at least four cameras to be able to load and view just opening ZosiSmart .

Picture quality is great and can make out faces at a distance. Problem is the motion detection zone doesn’t work as indicted. Alerts on the iPhone 11 used to work with just a piece of floating dust along with emails being sent out. However since daylight savings, neither my wife nor I get any alerts on our mobile devices. The box still beeps indicating an event which means our phones should also get the alert. Nope, nothing.

Seriously, for the love of God, just stop updating ZosiSmart! Every time it’s working smoothly, you update it, and it’s total garbage. Every. Single. Time. I actually had to turn auto updates off on my phone, because I don’t want this one to update. You guys would have a great product if you’d stop messing with it. Once again, I can’t get ZosiSmart to connect with our cameras, and they’re worthless. Meanwhile, my husband, who already had auto updates off and hasn’t updates his in months, has a version that works great.

There’s a lot of bugs in ZosiSmart, but the most annoying ones come when you try to record and export a video or still image to your Camera Roll. ZosiSmart gets into a near infinite loop, causing duplicate items to fill up your storage until force quitting ZosiSmart . The aspect ratio of recorded videos is off as well - should be 16:9, but is closer to 4:3, making it difficult to ascertain certain details without post processing. An easy workaround is to use Screen Record, but this diminishes the quality to a degree.

Other than that, ZosiSmart mostly works once you learn its unique quirks.

I bought wire cameras by mistake but I decided to use them anyway and not send them back beings that they was already here I am very surprised how well they work for the price they are I have 4 inside and 4 outside my only real issue is it takes a minute to load when looking on ZosiSmart threw my phone I would like them to be a little faster but other than that great cameras for a very cheap price

This company would rather pay for fake reviews than actually upgrade their app. It works just well enough that it is manageable. I actually based my decision of what cameras I was going to buy off of the camera app reviews. This one had the best so I purchased it. Nope turns out the reviews are just fake and the geeni Walmart crappy cameras and app work better than this crap. They could’ve hired someone who speaks fluent English to review the text on ZosiSmart to make sure things make sense, they didn’t. Just overall China laziness production. They do a good job of making it look a lot better than it is. Still not a bad system just misleading.

After these reviews I have to admit I was concerned. I had just bought this system. I found the root issue was that the system tries to be too smart on dns assignment during the initial set up. I was able to get up and running quickly by simply selecting obtain connection settings automatically in the network configuration menu. Once that test is successful, I was able to connect without issue. The system does not help or guide you through this process.

My system kept trying to reset itself. Finally was able to log back in and my cameras came up on my phone and then 5 minutes later my phone app stopped working entirely. I tried to log back in and it won’t do anything. I deleted and reopened ZosiSmart and still nothing. I’ve had the system for two years and it had been nothing but problems. For a year it would only allow me to look at one camera. I saw other people having and logging issues, so keeps hoping you would improve ZosiSmart . Now since I can’t log in at all I felt the need to post my own review. What are you doing about these issues??

Got these cams to run off WiFi but when I go to the set up for WiFi it won’t allow me to even do it. I ended up just buying net cables to run to the cameras for now and the pic is super clear that way. But cost us extra cash to do it this way and they r far from wireless now. This totally defeated the purpose for buying (wireless) cameras. I’d of def bought diff cameras had I known these would be such a pain in the a!!! That is all:

Having been installing and servicing video systems for over 40 years, i can say without hesitation that this is the weakest, most poorly designed system I have ever encountered. The analog cameras are adequate. The switcher is no better

than any system from the 1980s. The IP portion of the system is under designed. The instructions are almost useless. The phone and iPad viewing is decent, but the computer remote access software is the worst I have ever seen. Very inexpensive, but only worth the price as a local system. Count on this system being useful if you just want to view the cameras on your phone or use it on site.

Before purchasing my Zosi security camera system, I read all the bad reviews specifically about the software and poor app integration.

For me, everything works fine and seamless. Only thing I would like better with ZosiSmart is upon opening, I wish there was a live camera feed. Instead, you have to navigate to the live feed which, if sent an alert, takes time to get to.

This is a powerful app if you know how to set up and use the software. I had a previous system and software and was a little stubborn about learning it on my own.
Once I started to review the software videos I learned what I was doing right and wrong. I am very happy with both the product and the software and especially the value my purchase represents.

Recently bought a set of zosi cameras. Cameras are ok decent quality enough to see what i need. But I will be return it because either the cameras are bad ( cable) or ZosiSmart does not let me replay back the video. ZosiSmart have alot of glitches when replaying back. It will move the time back and forth by it self with out touching. Almost every time it said replay fail and i have to close ZosiSmart multiple time until it decided to replay. The watching the video live is slow, very slow to play the video, it takes it time to load. NEEDS UPDATE ASAP.

Great camera system, easy to use. Good camera pictures. Works well when we home or traveling. One camera lens fogged up but after putting some silica in camera lens, worked good. Mounting bracket little hard to adjust before drilling and screws on camera to adjust elevation or move side to side, screws very tight and easy to strip head. Overall good camera system.

Cameras and system are great. Easy to install but somewhat hard to set up because directions was kinda misleading but still good. I did get most of the info but not all of the info. Customer service is good but had one time of issue. Wish customer service had a call line then just email. Words can be misleading at some time. Overall good system.
