It’s been stuck on “uploading” for days now. The app is working but not uploading any workouts, just the spinning icon forever, as someone else reported. Sort it out, please.
Sports Tracker has stopped marking my track in detail. Today i went 31 km on bike and only 3 points was tracked, and my route showed as a triangel and distance was 14.4 km??
I inputted my exercises but Sports Tracker just sticks on the constantly spinning uploading. It is up to 11 uploads to do over the last 4 days.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and an Apple Watch series 5. Sports tracker works on the watch. I use it almost everyday. API functionality still gets the data into the Lose It app and Apple Activities but the Sportstracker app crashes on launch. Since it crashes on Launch I haven't seen the IOS app for a long time. Can you point me in the direction of what I could do to get the application to work on my phone again.
I have an account linked to this email, ljmahovlic@redacted, with the user “Jim” that I used in May 2014. I want to delete this account and use my new account that I use on my iPhone. When I made the new account, the Username is jimlorimahovlic and the email address was ljmahovlic@redacted, but the email address was re-directed to be “d8gmpqcqdd@redacted”. I have never had a website change my email as a safety precaution. I want to be able to use my new Username jimlorimahovlic on the website and dashboard and still be able to use the account on my iPhone. I hope this is not too confusing. I wish that I could talk to a human. Thanks for your help, Jim Mahovlic
Sports tracker keeps crashing when I click begin (sports activity). Happens every time. Restarted phone does not help. Neither does setting sports tracker permission to run in background as suggested in help. Latest version of sports tracker available from Play Store
