Can’t sign in im in Colombia South America on Vaction. Need to check my bill.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PSE&G app issues:

Force Stop the PSE&G App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PSE&G app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PSE&G to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PSE&G App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PSE&G app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
