No happy with Casa , they charge me the whole subscription even if you can make it work or not ,I got problems with my nano ledger S I can’t set it up ,I cancel my subscription and now they said they cannot give me a refund ,they just cancel the subscription until next year that’s not fair, I don’t wanna say this is a scam because they say is not his problem if you can’t set it up your wallet they want you to try different ways I did , with any result, I called them to cancel and now they can’t give me any refund ,be aware if you not really good on crypto world and hardware wallets not recommended

Second time Casa has popped up on my phone this app coins be in charged of your own security holdings is the message along with a trial button then something about API keys pops up on the screen. And after haveing to download app and renter my apple password I receive an error message and tells me errror with account and unable to request password or open up an account so hope coins were not transferred into account if so stolen and how will that effect my account ? Then 24 hours response from support page unacceptable

Login does not persist, constantly logged out, hardware node does not receive software updates when known vulnerabilities have been in the wild for months now.

Pre-ordered version 2, many months late, promises to increase subscription end to account for delay, charges me after one month later when node was almost four months late.

Unable to address issues because of “privacy reasons” yet they Casa sends a lot of personal device information to Google via Firebase.

I can’t ask for anything more then to have a live person to communicate with. That’s a big deal. Andrew Yang has been great all the time. He even knows what he is doing too😀

this app is an incredible experience. It just works and makes complex technology easy to understand. I sleep well at night knowing I’m safely in control of my Bitcoin

But even with Premium service...they will not help with the basic how to’s and (*) estate matters. They clearly are overwhelmed and understaffed. Give them time!
We do not have many choices.
Is the service tax deductible?
No-one I ask knows the answer.

Now I find:

I was led to believe they could answer simple Trust questions.
(Does one need to identify account in Trust?) No answers.

this app us by far the best multisig wallet ever! I love that I don’t want to worry about losing my bitcoin or having it stolen. Highly recommend if you’re looking the best wallet with the best security.

This was so easy and seamless it blew my mind, seriously I was extremely impressed. I Finally I feel like I can rest easy knowing my coins are safe.

If you own crypto, but don’t have this app… then you need to seek help. Best app, service, and super nice support team. Take control of your Bitcoin.

They register an account, charge a monthly fee and ... .. I have been waiting for confirmation for the 3rd month already. I don't advise
