The place I am employed at has used Procare for a few years. This summer it is running very slowly. It takes a lot of time to switch between screens. All of the people I work with have noticed this and it’s frustrating when trying to figure out how many kids we are supposed to have.
Good Morning, My Procare program won't load. When I click on the icon, It shows me a blank screen. My internet was down all weekend; could that have caused this? I appreciate your help.

The app keeps crashing. It won't even open. This has been going on for several days now.
I can't get into Procare when opening app. It tells me Procare has stopped as soon as l reach the first screen. Then under that it gives me a choice to X close app. I can get onto the app using another device or someone else's phone. I have an Android. Is there something I can unlock on my phone?
Everytime l press my Procare app the screen comes on but l get a message on the screen saying Procare is stopping. I have tried all the suggestions l can find but nothing seems to work. It won't open???

It’s not loading and saying cannot connect to the server.
Procare app is not opening past the Procare homescreen. I've tried doing a force stop, turning my wifi on snd off, resetting my phone, and a hard shut down of my phone. It's been problematic all day, but is especially worse this afternoon.
I cannot get into the app. Nothing works.
