Just installed the Rocketbook app for Android and tried following the initial first scan steps. Got to where it prompts you to rename the file before proceeding to the next step but the screen is unresponsive. Killed the app and restarted and still hangs at the initial rename prompt. Can't find any technical support contact info to reach out to.

My app will not send the e-mails. The online video showing steps to fix the issue is for iphone only and does not show how to perform the same fix for Android. Apparent it has to do with releasing the "App Cache" but clearly Android is nothing like iphone.

Impossible to scan a new page, app crashes right away…

When using my Rocketbook Mini, I scan a page and then send it to a destination. I get a confirmation that it was sent but it never shows up at that destination. I've double checked and the email address of the destination is correct.

App keeps crashing when I try to merge a multiple page scan and then send it to a pre-defined destination. The app simply closes as soon as I select send. I’ve checked for app updates, then deleted and reinstalled the app, and turned my phone off and back on, and I’m still having the same issue.
Common dislikes about Rocketbook App app

- Old scans were removed and it unlinked with my google drive
- OCR is optimized for English and doesn't transcribe well for Greek letter based formulas
- Can't search notes for formulas
