Remote app will not update
All keeps saying vehicle is driving even when parked and locked. So can’t use the functions of the app
I cannot add a vehicle, I get through to accept the two conditions but then when it gets to the phone conditions, it will not allow me to click it and there’s nowhere to accept it and it locks me out and makes me try to do it all over again, and just keep going in a circle
Have downloaded the app and logged in but it is not sending an email to me to complete registration
Landrover remote doesn’t work on phone but Apple Watch does work does not make sense
Says it’s low on fuel even after filling it. It even says I have a 500 mile range left.

Tried deleting and reinstalling app. a number of times, tried a 'B' button reset in vehicle, no change. Land Rover on line cannot fix. Appears to be the same for a number of users.
There are 2 vehicles on my Land Rover in control app, my previous and current vehicles, and the app seems to be mixing them up. For example, the app is showing my previous vehicle milage for my current vehicle. I can no longer use the remote start for comfort on my current vehicle as the app says the vehicle is in "low power mode" due to inactivity yet the vehicle is being driven daily. However, the last Journey update on my app was 9 days ago on the 21st of November. Finally, the app is also telling me that my vehicle is due a service, but it only recently received a major service by the local JLR dealership in August 2022. I have deleted and reinstated the app 4 times now, but this make no difference. I need assistance with this problem please.

I just spent 20 minutes being locked outside of my car, despite the app saying it was running & unlocked. It’s snowing & freezing here. This needs to be a class action lawsuit. This feature is defective & based on the THOUSANDS of reviews available stating this, LR is aware. It is not legal to market a non-existent, unreliable feature.
When using the Land Rover Remote app, my car starts but it doesn't show me that the car has actually started. It just keeps spinning saying that it is trying to connect. Please help! I never know if it actually has started on my phone.

the temperature is showing in Celsius and not in Fahrenheit. I don't know how to change this. It did this on its own. It used to be showing in Fahrenheit and not anymore
I am locked out of the app because I cannot remember the password. Every time I tried to reset it, the link from the email sends me back to the main sign in page without giving the option to change the password.
Status says it’s “driving” when it’s sitting at home, off, with doors locked.
The remote “ service required” setting will not reset. The service setting on the vehicle dash did reset.
The app under status says I have low fuel, but under gas I have a full tank.
My vehicle is showing as parked at a location I parked at over a month ago and won’t update. I also can’t find the climate control now since downloading the new app, it just does not seem to work at all since paying for a new subscription.

Remote app works to start my Discovery with no error messages, climate does not turn on. I set the climate, so the AC comes on when I use the remote app, but AC does not turn on.

App not updating, says car is at a location that it was at 07/25, and is charging, even though it isn’t. Journeys also has not updated since 07/25. I have deleted and reinstalled app, to no avail. My insurance requires that I have a tracker, but as LR location no longer works, I may have an issue if stolen. LR, your vehicles are expensive, don’t go cheap on your app.
2 days ago my LR Velar Remote App stopped working. It says the car is being driven, but it's not. It can't update. I've made sure all the software is the latest, logged out, back in, removed app, re-installed app. Pressed the b-call a number of times and it's now making me very frustrated. I've been all over the Land Rover website but can I find contact details for customer support? Called my main dealer who gave me a number for assistance - called them and was directed back to the main dealer. Does it really have to be this difficult ? Grrrr
iPhone 12 Pro. App saying issues with trusting network. Tried advice of deleting network settings but still didn’t work. Solved: Deleted the app. Opened the App Store to reinstall but it said open. Appears the app was somehow installed twice. It’s now back to normal and working.

The remote start does not connect to the vehicle it will sometimes it will not at others and it’s 115° where I live so it’s a huge let down not to have it work.
App not connecting , shows driving at location over 10 days ago. App flashes message stating the onboard telematics system is in sleep mode to preserve battery , you can wake up by starting the vehicle but starting car has no impact app is just frozen , have deleted and re installed app but no change
App says vehicle may have been stolen (but it definitely hasn't). Unable to clear notification and cannot use any of the App features. Uninstall Ed and re-installed app but still doesn't clear

Saying my car is “driving” mode and showing the last drive from over a week go. Can not use the pre-warm function at the moment when the car is turned off as the car is still in Driving mode and the app is not noting the current status.
Incontrol app location could not be found. Contacted Land Rover they are stating an issue with Android mobile and they are working on it yesterday has been down for me since the 27th don't seem to be in a hurry to rectify it .

Hi. I get the message 'Your vehicle could not be located' on the new app. Yet the older app have no issues. Any advice.
In control app version says vehicle cannot be found. All other functions in use are correct. Appeared to start around 27th June. Have looked for any updates none seem available. I believe version 20.10.1 is currently installed .
In Control App version 2.10.1 states "Your vehicle could not be located". The former app always showed the current parked location. When will the fix for this bug be released?
