The app Drift Life, stop working one day to the orher, when I press on the app to open the screen comes White for about 15 seconds, and shots down, some times I get a message saying something when rong, try again later

How to fix Drift app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Drift app on iPhone
Update Drift app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Drift iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Drift on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Drift network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Drift Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Drift not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Drift App
1. On android, goto Settings » Drift » click [Force Stop]

Update Drift to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Drift App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Drift » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Drift.

Fix Drift unable to contact server/ Drift internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Drift » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Drift » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Drift
