App crashing
My app is not opening, a few times when it did open the messages part will not open at all. It has not opened for hours. I have cleared the data and cleared the catche and uninstall and reinstall the app. Restarted my phone several times.
I am unable to delete old messages from my account. My children are in the 6th grade. I still have teachers from 2nd grade on the account. How do I get rid of past teachers and messages?
I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app several times (and even started a new account) but even though I can receive messages from my daughter’s teacher, I can’t get ANY updates in “Stories” and I’m missing important information from the school - it’s been 3 weeks now. No one at the school knows what’s going on.

Picture don't send
On app it won't let me in the messages it just shows loading icon. All other parents is fine. I am using android phone. I have rebooted phone, re installed the app. WiFi is working. If I go on website it's working. Just not the app. I am deaf so I rely on messages from teacher can I be assisted?
My pictures do not appear to be going through to parents.
My student is attending a new school and they are using Class Dojo. My daughter's previous school also uses DOJO. When I try to log in as new user to the invitation by recent teacher it states that my email address has been registered from prior registry. When I tried to change passwords and was successful it logged me into her old teachers page. Please help to resolve this issue.

I have an iPhone se and downloaded the class dojo app from the apple store. The first screen asks me if I'm a teacher, student or parent, so I clicked parent. The next screen asks me to "create a new account" or "I have an account". I clicked "I have an account" but the "I have an account" option is so low on my screen that i cannot even click on it. It will only let me create a new account, but I don't want to create a new account. I am assuming this is a bug from the latest update.?? Please help!
