How to fix Remind app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Remind app on iPhone
Update Remind app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Remind iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Remind on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Remind network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Remind Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Remind not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Remind App
1. On android, goto Settings » Remind » click [Force Stop]

Update Remind to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Remind App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Remind » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Remind.

Fix Remind unable to contact server/ Remind internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Remind » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Remind » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Remind
