I am unable to open pdf files sent by my district through my texts from Remind. I didn't have trouble with this last year.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Remind app issues:

Force Stop the Remind App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Remind app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Remind to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Remind App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Remind app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Remind.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Remind » "Force Stop".
