The program is now working but there is no chat box at the bottom of the left side bar. I called the help desk and there only suggestion is to try another browser but that will NOT solve the problem because everything else is working normally. I would suggest that the only way to solve this issue is to talk to one of the people that were involved in actually writing the program.
Video connect not on desktop/laptop using linux. The test function from the email shows that it does work but the program will not connect to the conference. I am using firefox.
I am helping a Vet set up her phone for VVC. She has a WIKO U307as Android phone. We have downloaded the VVC app and given the app permission to access the phone's cameras and microphone. I set up a test appointment. She clicked on the link but at my (VA) end I saw the she had joined the session but the screen had a large red camera profile with a diagonal slash through it and no audio. Any ideas you may have about what is going on would be much appreciated. Bill Ferreira
Link won’t launch mobile app. Brings me to browser on the iPhone but cannot select microphone or video. Browser settings allow for video and microphone.
