Carelink heart app stops working. Have had to reinstall 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I have a Samsung phone that is 11/2 years old. OS 13. Worked perfectly for 11 months. What is the problem ?
Version 3.9.0 tried for the last two days to upload results. They're not displaying on the home page. I cannot tell if the automatic uploads from my phone are happening and the Blue Adapter link is going through way too fast. Is there an issue with this version? Do we have a date when it will be fixed? I've got a hospital appointment in ten days and they like about 30 days of results available to view to spot trends.
I am repeatedly getting App Temporarily Unavailable when going into Carelink Connect, or No Carelink Connection when it eventually opened for a short period before going back to App Temporarily Unavailable. This has been a problem on multiple occasions for extended periods.

Having issues with connection for last 2 nights to server??? I yurn and off. Is there another solution
App not working with my latest update. Absolute shambles, really awful app. Worse one ever. We're expected to put our devices functionality at risk because the clowns at carelink can't fix a simple glitch? Joke, this is life and death.
For two nights in a row, there have been server connection issues! Both myself and my husband could not receive data from my son's system. It took a phone call from my older son to say that his brother's blood sugar had gone critically low!! I am seriously concerned with the reliability of the app and Medtronic system as a result of the server connection issues! There are lives at stake and issues such as server connection issues are simply not acceptable!

The this app™ Connect app is intended to provide a secondary display of insulin pump and CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) system data on a supported mobile device. this app™ Connect app is not intended to replace the real-time display of insulin pump or CGM data on the primary display device. IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to receive real-time updates, CareLink needs to continuously receive data from the this app™ servers, and the insulin pump system needs to sync with the this app™ servers through the MiniMed™ Mobile app. All therapy decisions should be based on the primary display device. this app™ Connect app is not intended to analyze or modify the insulin pump and CGM data that it receives. Also, the person with diabetes needs a MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump, the MiniMed™ Mobile app installed on a compatible mobile device, which then should be connected online to the this app™ software. Nor is it intended to control any function of the insulin pump or CGM system to which it is connected. this app™ Connect app is not intended to receive information directly from the insulin pump or CGM system. To remotely view pump system information, family members or friends need to install the this app™ Connect app on their compatible mobile device. The this app™ Connect app only works with the MiniMed™ 700-series insulin pump systems; it currently does not support other standalone CGM systems, MiniMed™ or Paradigm™ insulin pumps. With the this app™ Connect app, now you can remotely see their glucose levels and insulin pump information wherever you are, so you can know how they are doing. You might want to know if their glucose levels go too high or too low, be able to quickly and easily access their insulin pump and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system information.
