When disarming one of the 4 accounts, it sends an invalid user alarm and there is a phone call every time this account is disarmed. The invalid user alarm does not happen if it is disarmed from the keypad. This alarm happens with multiple users.

The app on my I-Phone is not communicating well with my alarm. It sometimes works as it's supposed to and on some occasions it times out after multiple attempts to arm or disarm. This has been happening on and off for over two years. My alarm service provider has performed a hard reset on my system several times which seems to fix the issue for a while and then it returns.

My air conditioner will run for excessive periods of time. Thermostat portion on app says "last updated three hours ago." Once I update it, the A/C will shut down. Why does this function not update on some regular basis? Reading thermostat manually shows desired temp was reached long before it "updated." My utility bill is, on the average, higher than before these thermostats were installed.

App is very slow to load - when click on doorbell app wont load actual camera just get a grey screen and takes a very long time to load. When I try and access the system program to resolve just won't load. I have re-booted FIVE TIMES NOW with ZERO results. The motion detector on the doorbell switched from when someone pushed button to motion - so now I am getting NON-STOP NOTIFICATION. When I try and change the stetting won't load!!!

We have a message that says “radio not responding “on our alarm.com thermostat app.(Home 36. App) we have spent much time troubleshooting via phone with your support staff disconnecting things , waiting and re attaching to no success. Also deleted app and re loaded it again with no changes. Very frustrated as we manage our winter temps from afar and until this is resolved will be unable to do so. Please help and advise. Tom Flynn

I have multiple devices not able to connect to our doorbell camera. We are able to connect to it at the control panel. Also, nothing has changed with our internet. Everything else works just fine and able to stream live TV. We are also able to connect to our other two outside cameras. The ATD tech even replaced the doorbell camera. Please assist or fix the app. Thanks Eddie

When we woke up this morning the app on iPhone and iPad not connecting to lights or alarm. Had to use the control panel. Can you explain. I have rebooted everything and deleted and reinstalled the app - still not working. Thank you

App is not controlling any light devices or setting the alarm remotely.

I have recently changed my intent service provider. I go into the app to change the wifi the app is connected to, I select the new wifi and enter the new wifi password and then got connect. When I go back into the panel settings, it still shows up as the old wifi. Can you help please? Many thanks Mr F Qureshi

Not linking to my Vista panel for ‘arm’ and ‘disarm’ commands and giving instead a ‘user code error. Keys 0-9 locked’ message instead. I delete and reinstalled the app to no avail.

all of a sudden the configure panel wifi error shows up, if you click on it to set up wifi, it crashes. the app isnt able to be updating on IoS. (I tried several times), deleted the app, reinstalled it. had this since june 2019.
