I have a problem with TigerConnect

User reports:
No current problems

- Some users have reported issues with viewing attachments and being notified of unread messages when there are none.

- The phone icon to make a call through TigerConnect is placed in a way that can lead to accidental calls.

- Notifications can be frequent and distracting, and users cannot customize their frequency.

- Some users have experienced issues with audible or visible notifications, text entry area, and message delays.

- The app beeps constantly until users check messages, and there is no way to adjust the reminder.

- Some users have reported issues with Tigertext not working well after iOS updates and with notifications for new users joining the company.

The app does not allow me in. When I try it says “update in progress.” It has been this for over a week.

My tt app keeps setting the same away message over and over no matter how many times I change it. If I close the app it will repopulate

To resolve TigerConnect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the TigerConnect App
1. On android, goto Settings » TigerConnect » click [Force Stop]

Clear TigerConnect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TigerConnect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TigerConnect.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TigerConnect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TigerConnect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TigerConnect
