When I first loaded the app, it worked fine. Now when I log in I keep getting the "An error has occurred. Please try again later". VERY FRUSTRATING. I can still access some of the app, but the message keeps popping up.

Hi, The app is rather instable: always, at every page “An error occurred. Please try again” (whilst it has my profile, despite re-install / stop+restart / …). App version: 5.0.4 (=latest) with up2date Android phone. Greetings, Henry Kompagnie.

An error has occurred keeps popping up when trying to check in. I have reviewed countless times the information I have entered is correct and still occurs. Pops up when taking self picture too. Very frustrating.

I downloaded the app to use on my upcoming cruise Jan 20th on MSC Grandiosa. I have a few issues while attempting to use it: 1. I purchased a shore excursion but when I tried purchased items it doesn't show it. 2. I booked 3 cabins for a group of 6 people. Only me and my husband show up on the Check in page. I have a printed confirmation with all guests listed but the app doesn't recognize them. 3. When I tried to buy a specialty restaurant package it says that my browser is not up to date. Is this not an app (rather than a website)? Not a good experience so far.. Booking#43808501

Hi I downloaded the MSC fir me app yesterday ready for our cruise in July and it will not allow me to fill in all the personnel data. Is this normal? I have it downloaded on an iPhone and iPad and neither lets me fill in the data.

App won’t open. It worked previously on my phone but I had to click on it a few times to open. Now it won’t open at all. I have an iPhone 11. All my other apps work.

- QR codes won’t scan
