Get Pricing Info for MSC Cruisesissues with completing checking in on the app. Customer Service was called. We were told we were all set, enjoy the cruise. when we went further into email s sent, all the email was was booking confirmation. No tickets, no printable information we were told we needed to bring with us. Then on the app, I was able to complete my wife's information with photo and documentation. Mine however dud not accept my documentation, and attempted multiple selfies, and scan document, message prompt read " document doest match our records ". it is the information given to a travel agent, as well as the MSC representative over the phone. On line research shows we are not the only one wuth this issue. We will be calling again shortly to see if matter is resolved this time.
I cannot get the excursions that we've pre-paid and booked to show up in "Purchased Items" or "Personal Agenda."

I could not check-in, I could not scan my passport, I could not book any packages, I could not book any excursions, I could not register my card, I could not upload my picture. So? What is the darn point of creating this app? At the moment it is a limited showcase of things I can do in my upcoming cruise WITHOUT the ability to achieve anything meaningful. I just hope our upcoming experience with the cruise is not like the app (or customer service!)

At least every time I opened the app to check my balance, or look at the menu in one of the restaurants, it crashed, and I would have to open it again. The info in the app was useful, but it was hard to find things. Randomly the menu for one night would be blank, and so on. Not a very user friendly interface.

Very limited functionality, can only show data, doesn’t allow any updates. Slow performance with bugs that usually say “Error occurs”. Compromised security - one should only enter the booking number and first/last passenger name, no additional validation, nothing. As result anyone knows your name can see all personal information that MSC collects.
