How to fix Hitch app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hitch app on iPhone
Update Hitch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hitch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hitch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hitch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hitch Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hitch not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hitch App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hitch » click [Force Stop]

Update Hitch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hitch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hitch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hitch.

Fix Hitch unable to contact server/ Hitch internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hitch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hitch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hitch
