I really wanted Zad to be my next best app to use and I hope you take my review into consideration because I do see the value this can bring to me, the end user.

It’s to complex. Please make it more user friendly. The shopping page is so crowded, I can’t easily scroll up and down. Remember, I am using it on my phone and the screen is small, I need to see what I need to see to shop easily, and that is the products. I wanna see as much product as I can, and now, with the current app, I can only see 2 products on my phone screen when I scroll down, because the page is soo crowded.

Please don’t start selling perfumes!!! When I go into an app to get my grocery, I just want to get my groceries. Maybe show me fancier Grocury items, but not something that’s completely a different category.

How about the return policy?? I get fruits or vegetables that are not good quality, a wrong item, or an item that I just changed my mind and no longer want to use!! If I bought it from the supermarket just across the street, I can easily return it, but I can’t do that with this app.

These are the facts from my case and you shall make your own decision.

I order some items they said it will be delivered from 4-6 pm. At 5:30 pm I used Zad chat function to inform them Still did not receive any calls about the products, but I did not receive any replays.

29 march
I canceled the order and went and bought what I needed from the store. Later that day I received a call from a driver asking about the order to deliver it, I informed him that I already canceled the order and bought my stuff.

2 April
Customer support replied and said the delay is because I did not reply to them. I asked them to canceled my order and they said they would.

6 April
I received a call from a driver asking about the order details to deliver it. I also informed him My order is already canceled according to customer support.

Up to this day (6 April) I have requested to cancel my order more than 4 times and still did not receive my money back. And it looks like that my order still on the waiting list for some reason.

Hi this app, Zad is very nice, I can't describe how happy I am using Zad, he saved me a lot of things I wanted, now I live in Saudi Arabia, and I am in Saudi Arabia use this application, but there is a problem in this application, the problem is I can not To buy less than 40 riyals, what is the reason for that?

Finally I found the water brand, that I was looking for ... thank you guys

Things are good with Zad until it isn’t. If you need a refund they will not refund you I have been going back and forth with customer service for a month and still no solution.

I have been trying for the past few weeks to load the main page, but it keeps on giving me a blank page … what is the problem ?!

i ordered some groceries and the total came to 202 riyals and so i paid it through my credit card, two days later the delivery man tells me he didn’t find all of the things on the list so i told him to cancel them and my new total was 145 but i had already paid 202 so i contacted costumer service, no reply so far and i messaged them about 24 hours ago, also, there’s a “call us” option in Zad but there’s no number so i can’t call them which is so stupid, give me my money back this app 🙄

V bad experience with Zad . There is no customer support. My order should arrive before 6 pm, but the driver came at midnight!!!. When I canceled the order my money should came back within 16 hours, but it didn’t!!

They need to work more on the customer support if they wish to success.

Delay in delivery while still paid for earlier delivery. refrigerator items came warm as always though I complained about this before. last time I use this application and I demand a refund for my early delivery fee!

I’ve made an order and they debit from my visa card and either my order and money not received !!!
In addition customers service not responsive at all!!!!!!

Used to be good, but now there’s no one to complain for the wrong delivery or even missing orders!!!
So disappointed.

It says they can deliver within 45mins but when I tried to order it showed me delivery time from 10pm till 12am, AND IT WAS 3PM WHEN I WANTED TO ORDER. Please be more honest with your customer and don’t advertise something you’re not capable of.

انتبهوا من هالتطبيق سيء ونصاب يسحب فلوسك ويحجز لك موعد ولا يوصل الطلب ، او تتفاجأ ان الطلب ملغي !!!! بدون اذنك وبدون سبب واضح!

Be careful guys!!!! This application is fraudulent! They take your money and give you an appointment to deliver your order, then nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or suddenly they cancel your order without back you money!!! Even if you chose cash payment, they will not come!

It was my first time to try it but by the delivery day I got disappointed for the things I have ordered which I get half of them

I’ve been trying to order from this hopeless app for four times now and till now each and every time it ends up in the worst way possible - delays or broken items due to how UNPROFESSIONAL the delivery guys are.

Highly not recommended.

Very complicated and complex app, with allot of spam ads via notification.

I keep contacting the customer services via Twitter but no reply.

Zad is in violation of Saudi CITC regulatory laws for ads-in-apps abd also Apple Developers Conference 2017 instructions on using notifications as a tool to announce discounts and offers which states 1 notifaction per 1 week. Zad is using 4-7 notifications per week.

Very bad service, i got my dairies hot and were delivered after the scheduled delivery time, I don’t like it and will not use their service again

Bad service!

They cancelled my order twice without offering any explanation - and when I tried to contact them, I got no response.

I then get an email 12 hours later apologizing that the item I requested for wasn’t available.

Bad excuses, bad customer services..
