Bad customer support and faulty app

These are the facts from my case and you shall make your own decision. 28 March I order some items they said it will be delivered from 4-6 pm. At 5:30 pm I used the app chat function to inform them Still did not receive any calls about the products, but I did not receive any replays. 29 march I canceled the order and went and bought what I needed from the store. Later that day I received a call from a driver asking about the order to deliver it, I informed him that I already canceled the order and bought my stuff. 2 April Customer support replied and said the delay is because I did not reply to them. I asked them to canceled my order and they said they would. 6 April I received a call from a driver asking about the order details to deliver it. I also informed him My order is already canceled according to customer support. Up to this day (6 April) I have requested to cancel my order more than 4 times and still did not receive my money back. And it looks like that my order still on the waiting list for some reason.

Customer service isn’t good

Things are good with this app until it isn’t. If you need a refund they will not refund you I have been going back and forth with customer service for a month and still no solution.

Blank page

I have been trying for the past few weeks to load the main page, but it keeps on giving me a blank page … what is the problem ?!
