My work is going to be using this so I wanted to get a head start on what this looks like. You told the last reviewer the terms and conditions thing was fixed. Just a heads up, it’s not. Still blank, and I tried looking at it at 3 am so it’s not like it’s in high demand. Because of the work thing, I went the long way around, but you’re going to lose a lot of potential users if this doesn’t get fixed. Personally, I wouldn’t of and it still makes me uneasy.

I order maybe 3 times a week because they have good deals, but I almost always wait 1-2 hours for my meal to arrive cold. It’s to the point we’re the $3 I save is not worth it. I would expect more from runerra team deliveries so they should either hire another deliverer or reduce their number of people who can join a run.
Beyond that the apps intended audience is unclear. Is it for people to deliver stuff to friends or for people to make a job out of deliveries?

Goodness gracious, Buncha is frustrating. As someone who moved to the city and sold my care, it’s a perfect concept for me. But Buncha is so faulty that I barely use it anymore. A few of the issues: -Costco disappeared today before the 3pm ordering time, -many foods listed for sale with *zero* details on the weight or size of the packages -constant bugs when trying to form a grocery list Whomever developed Buncha either stopped trying as soon as Buncha became functional on a basic level, or they’re in over their head. Idk which one it is but an investment needs to be made in the foundation of Buncha or it’s going to lose its users and go out of business.

Stop going to the grocery store when they can come to you! For under $2 and NO increases fees your can get what you need delivered to you! The customer service is excellent and Buncha is easy to navigate.

I used to love Buncha bc they had late night deals Thursday through Saturday and they were the bomb and I would wait all week for them! But since they took those away it’s not nearly as good :/ really bummed about it.

The little changes such as an added menu and a time limit has been a great feature. I still wish there was an option to chose what notification I want to see.

I love that you are able to use PIKUP with any store! I am able to make pikups for groceries or take out! Seriously, any errand that I am going out for I am able to post to see if a neighbor needs something too. During this pandemic it is especially helpful to offer this service to others. Buncha makes it easy to know what someone would like and the payment is taken care of through Buncha as well. SUPER easy! I am also able to post if I need something or receive notices if someone in my neighborhood is going out. Even better, nothing is up charged! I pay the same price if I went to the store or if a neighbor Pikups for me! In fact, I can even get Perks at stores for making PIKUPS for others. For example: A free Starbucks drink or 10% off my entire order at Kowalski grocery store! I will continue to tell others about Pikup!

Just downloaded this as it just became available at my apartment complex and I love the UI/UX on their app to make ordering extremely easy! Excited for my Aldi order to come in tomorrow :)

Love delivery but always struggle with the crazy amount of fees and the multiple drops and wasted boxes. I love the concept of once a week and only $1.45. Highly recommend.

What an awesome idea to help neighbors and friends. Very easy to use app and payments are taken care within Buncha .
I recommended all my friends use Buncha. During the current COVID situation Buncha is helping reduce traffic to store and deliver stuff to neighbors just less than 1 hr ! Tons of potential to beat any delivery service ever existed on this planet . Buncha will help get to know many people in the community and help build stronger community bond. You Pikup something for ur friends/ neighbors and they will help u Pikup for u! What a great way to help each other by reducing reducing trips to stores. Keep up great work guys ! I am sure in coming weeks tons of people will start using Buncha and neighbors helping each other !

Pikup has made my life so much easier! It’s the only delivery service I use weekly because the prices are so good and it’s super easy to use. I’d recommend it to anyone!

I’m a vegetarian and I made a request for a substitution and I was so happy that it wasn’t ignored. So many other delivery services brush over order instructions but runerra’s attention to detail is impressive.
Would order again.

They have found not only a very simple way to make a few extra bucks doing your errands but they have made it beyond simple too it’s really an app worth your time

Buncha is a game changer! When I’m busy studying wherever I may be (library, fraternity, laboratory), I always have someone that I’m acquainted to that I can count on to bring me food. Much cheaper than UberEats and you get to pay your friends instead of a stranger.

Runerra’s “favor sharing” for neighbors is such a cool idea. I go out to Target to get my weekly groceries and end up paying for almost all of my order just by picking up for people I live with it live by. Absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend!

My family uses this to pick things up for each other and neighbors have started to join in too. Such an easy way to help others!

Love the community aspect of Buncha to help get the things you need through friends in your community. It’s brand new and you can tell they’re working on improving it a bunch but it’s already so cool and I’ll be inviting all the people in my office to join in to help make coordinating lunch runs easier!

The service is definitely 5 stars. Cheap fees (only $1.45 fee per order plus any tips, no up charge on the groceries themselves). We got everything we needed. It can be tough to search sometimes but eventually found what I needed.

I love the pikup app. If I'm missing a key ingredient for dinner and a friend is going to the store, I can easily have them grab it with little trouble to them. They also get rewarded for their kindness.
If I'm already out getting, say chipotle, and my friend wants some, I can get rewarded for doing something nice for him.
With Uber eats, you pay ridiculous delivery fees only to still end up with "warm" food. When using pikup, you know exactly when people are going and can plan accordingly, and you aren't limited to just food/drinks. You can pickup things for friends at retail stores such as target and mom and pop shops.
In all, Buncha has a much larger variety of options compared to traditional services like Uber eats, provides rewards for being a helpful friend, and partners with business to increase their sales as well. What isn't there to like?

PikUp worked great for a recent neighborhood fine dining take out. We have missed going out to dinner at our favorite downtown restaurants and decided to do a group take out. What a way to enjoy awesome food and support our favorite restaurants with a large group order. I’ve also used it with neighbors to receive/deliver groceries. Worked great during a family movie night when we wanted some treats and Buncha notified me that someone in my community was taking orders at Cub. Boxes of candy were delivered! Wish I could have tipped him but that’s what Buncha is about. Helping each other.

As I write this review I have been sitting in Coffman waiting 1hr+ for chipotle burrito. It is only a 0.5 mile walk from Chipotle to Coffman...I only bought the burrito because it cost $5. Waste of my money and time. I refund would be kind of nice because my burrito is going to be an hour late. Worst system ever.

Interesting idea but no one is using Buncha . I can’t request or make any runs.

Love getting deals and delivery from Buncha. While the community of users is pretty small right now, the awesome deals make up for it. Also I love the modern & colorful graphics!

Love the update. Love Buncha. Super easy to use in my opinion. Never have had a problem. Literally the best app ever and the only one you will ever need.
