Cupshe - Clothing & Swimsuit Reviews

I ordered a size medium and am usually a small in most suits. It was so tight it hurt. The sizing in this suit was way off. It took me two weeks to process a return. I received no confirmation email after placing my order and was unable to track my expedited shipping. I also did not receive a packing slip with my order. They continually told me they could not find my order, and I was unable to provide an order number, therefore, I could not return it. I said I would dispute the charge through PayPal (how I paid) then they very quickly found my order, after multiple messages of “I’m sorry, we show no record of your order.” They only replied to my initial email return request by saying “We will send an email with directions” but never did. I emailed them twice and still nothing but recognition and a promise to send an email with return directions, which I never received. After several days, I realized that if I downloaded Cupshe , I could see they were messaging me through Cupshe . Every time (5 times to be exact) they said my app/account log in dis not work and required me to reset it. I loved the suit...it was just too small. Had planned exchange it but after all this trouble, I will take my money elsewhere. So frustrating.

I told several friends about my frustrations and they too experienced the “run around” with returns. I would pay double the price to not have the stress. Take your money elsewhere.

While I’m happy with the suits quality, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I purchased 7 suits to try on. I fell in love with 2, and wanted to return 5. For one there was no mention of their “less than desirable” return policy routine. And two I followed all the extremely ridiculous instructions to return the 5 suits and I have only received 1 refund, and they keep responding to my other emails with responses that don’t even match my initial email. Example- they responded to one of my return request emails with- “we are sorry your package has been lost, please check around outside of house and with neighbors to see if your package is around, otherwise it’s on it’s way.” It’s very hard not to lose patience with an online only company that does not accommodate their customers when purchasing and returning suits. I would not have purchased 7 suits, had I known this would be such a headache. Again, the suits are good quality (however I don’t know how they hold up over time since I haven’t worn them anywhere yet) but I suggest buying 1 or 2 suits at a time in case you don’t get your money back. Also, suits run small. I’m a medium and the larges mostly fit well, but a few L were even snug, hence the returns.

So I recently placed an order with this company for 4 suits on Cupshe. Checked over all my items, good, shipping address, good, payment info, all good. Submitted my order. It immediately told me my order was placed, BUT every item was now a completely different size than I ordered. They ALL switched to medium which I haven’t worn since I was in middle school. Got an email confirmation, guess what, yep, all mediums. I tried to email the company, I tried to call. You get the generic, “we will respond to you as quickly as we can” crap. Don’t try to call because it rings busy to somewhere in New Jersey and then hangs up on you, or it rings until a recording saying the line is busy comes on and to try later, then again hangs up on you. I also received a separate paid email from this app. Hey look, a different number to call for help. I called that and it went to Nanjing, China. Guess what??? That number also is not working. I have also sent them a message via FB messenger. No response yet. Left them a message on FB. No response yet. Take your chances folks. My advice. Don’t use Cupshe, don’t use this company at all.

Update:
Apparently, there was a problem with the tracking system. I didn’t receive my bathing suits on time even though i paid 5 dollars extra for it to be sent between 5-7 days, but it was like the 12th day before i even got them. oh and thanks this app for writing this update which wasn’t true at all.😘 you just got exposed! i had to change it to be real with whoever is going to buy from your company. and i didn’t get a compliment which is a TOATAL LIE SO JUST STOP. have a great day😚❤️❤️

I bought 2 swimsuits and i was able to track it on this app. then after a few days it said to contact customer service. I tried to log onto this app with my email and it said no email has been found. On Cupshe it has my email and password on it but when you click on “my account” and then “settings” at the top it says “Acount Linked Mailbox” there was only 1 “c” in account instead of 2. does this show up on yours? does that mean this app has been hacked or is it a simple mistake? has any of this happened to you? sorry for the questions, just freaking out at the moment.😂😩

I’ve bought 4 swimsuits from here so far and love them all. I know it can be a hit or miss buying bathing suits online not knowing how they might fit, however the customer service here is exceptional and I’m really impressed.

The bathing suits are great quality and are flattering. I usually only shop at target for bathing suits but I grew tired of buying a suit and seeing a bunch of other women wearing the same one!

As far as customer service, one of the bathing suits I bought ran a little small on me and I received a generous coupon for the next time I buy a swim suit. I also have been searching for a specific bathing suit and emailed about it, and was told the specific release date of it not long after I sent the email. Quick responses. A reliable company and I’m happy I found them!

I ordered about 7 swimsuits from this company and they came just perfectly. I just didn’t dig in them because their bottoms are rather large and I am unusually skinny. No problem. When I attempted to return these suits, they would not let me. In fact they made me pick out ten more suits off their websites for compensation. I truly just wanted my money back and to return the suits. Although their efforts were nice, it was still poor customer service because I felt like what’s the point of me picking out ten more when I know none will fit me anyway, right? I told them that. They STILL would not allow me to return them. Like I said, I’m neutral. The efforts were there, but my requests were not met- and it’s not like they were difficult requests at all. I wouldn’t recommend this company, but I also would not tell others to turn away for them. Just know what you might get yourself into when choosing to purchase from their brand.

I wish I would have downloaded Cupshe sooner! Love the recent updates🙌. It’s so easy to use and there are sometimes app-exclusive discounts which is definitely a plus👍. I also love that Cupshe doesn’t have a fast refresh rate, which means I can lock my phone, take a call, switch to another app, and when I return, Cupshe still remembers my last place (instead of returning to the home page like a lot of other clothing apps do). 2 small requests that I have are to combine all of the reviews that are also on the website for the same item, and also create the ability to click on items in the cart and have it link back to the item page (just like the site). This would be extremely helpful. Other than that, Cupshe is awesome and I will continue to purchase from it!

I have purchased multiple suits from this app both one piece and two and I fall in love every time! The sizing is consistent and there are so many great styles to choose from. I also like how the material is carried from style to style so if you like a certain swim suit because of the material-you can always count on it being used for another style or kind as you keep scrolling.

I was pretty skeptical to buy a swimsuit online especially without even trying it on but by going from their measurements and also from others honest reviews I was able to make my selection with ease. The price is super affordable and the fact that there are SO MANY STYLES makes this app a win win in my book. I don’t buy from anyplace else now since finding this site. It’s cheaper than most stores. 💖

At first I was worried about not being able to select each design & size of the two piece swimsuits. I realized I liked the styles & selections they have so I got something unique. Then it was the sizes I was worried about because I usually get bigger bottoms. I ordered a size based on their size chart & have been wearing this swimsuit all summer long! If I could change anything, it would be to offer different sizes for each piece, but I have no complaints on the one I got!!

The ordering process was easy & I got the swimsuit in a short timeframe after ordering! I was a little worried not ordering from a big name brand like I’ve done in the past but it was overall really good!!

I’m totally ordering more from them soon & have referred them to my friends, too!!!

I had downloaded Cupshe a while back since I was looking for new bathing suits for an island vacation I was going on. I got both a white one piece and blue bikini. Both arrived just in time for my vacation and I loved both. Make sure when ordering though you read the reviews to verify what size you should order. That’s what I did and it helped tremendously. In bikinis I size up, especially if you tend to be B-D cup size. Bottoms fit great as well. As for the one piece, I ordered a small and it fit great, and I may have even been able to get away with an extra small. Prices were very reasonable and both were shipped quickly even when it was a holiday weekend. Would definitely order from them again and I have been recommending this app to all my friends.

I love Cupshe and this app in general! I kept shopping on the mobile version of the website when I would get this app ads in Instagram and Facebook and it wasn't saving my cart selections. Cupshe made my life so much easier by saving my cart and products that I looked at earlier. The sort and filter functions work well and I like that there are app-only specials sometimes - it makes me feel very valued as a customer. Like another review I read, it would be nice if products in the cart linked back to the product page. I also think it would be cool if I could specify my sizes and Cupshe would default to my size every time I view a suit. These are minor suggestions - I love this app and I'll continue to buy your suits, now even easier with my app :)

I was sooo excited when I received my Bay of Angels bikini from this app!! It was everything thing I expected and hoped it would be. Some of the negative reviews made me a little nervous while awaiting its arrival, but my anxiety was put to rest when I pulled out my gorgeous little bikini from its package! I followed the sizing guide on Cupshe and my swimsuit fits just as expected. I am SO excited to rock this bikini on vacation!! Another thing I was really impressed by was the quality of material the swimsuit was made of. For such a cheap price I wasn’t expecting it to be this nice!! The quality is just as good if not better than any bathing suit I’ve ever bought from target or anything other department store, literally for half the price!! Very satisfied with my purchase 👍👍

I am always looking for a good deal! Sometime that means I buy cheap things because they are cheap. But not with this app! I have now used their app twice to make purchases and have been super thrilled with the results! Everything is well made and totally adorable! I never have to compensate for quality! I also love that the bikinis come together! You don’t have to purchase them separately like most retail stores! Also, the customer service is really nice and user friendly. My first swim suit was a little small so I have to exchange it. Customer service helped me along the process and made it an easy experience :) I have since recommended this app to many of my friends! I will continue to use this app for all of my swimsuit needs :)

Cupshe is interesting because it will offer different sales and prices than the website. I have made 3 orders at this time, one a return because 2 of the 3 suits I ordered were way to small. Trying to exchange for a larger size was a disaster! I ended up returning and with their exchange still ended up paying a portion for the larger size suits. One the next order I just made sure to order a size up. For the most part it has worked out for me but I am on the fence for ordering again.
Decent prices, suits have been cute in person but I have seen fraying without even wearing and the metal clasps on 2 different suits are awful and extremely difficult to close by yourself. Would be great if they offered different size options for tops and bottoms.
As for writing reviews, I’ve tried to leave reviews of the suits on both Cupshe and website and I’ve yet to see my posts.

I was skeptical about ordering from this site at first because I didn’t know many people who had done it before and I needed my bathing suits quickly seeing I ordered only a week before I left for spring break. I ordered two bathing suits a yellow feathered yarn solid bikini set and a starfish bay denim bikini set. They arrived within 5 days of shipping and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of the product. I absolutely love the fit of both bathing suits and I know others loved the suits as well seeing that I received about a million compliments on the bathing suits on and around the beach as well as on social media sites! I 10/10 recommend purchasing from this amazing company you will not regret it!

I’m 5’4” and I weigh about 160 lbs. I’m usually a size medium, but I purchased the extra large because it’s quite small. This pair of bikini is definitely a great buy! Not only is it a great value, but it’s very flattering and comes in this beautiful lilac color (listed as violet purple). It’s comfortable because it doesn’t have that unflattering garterized bottom; instead, you get a seamless stretchable material that’s smooth and dries very quickly after a dip in the water. I also love that the top Is padded. You can Remove them, but I prefer not showing my nips off. I love them so much, I got them in red as well, Also Cupshe is really great and worked well for me, thanks so much this app, I am sure I would buy again.

When I stumbled across the this app app I was hesitant to download or buy anything from them at first but I am Soo glad I did. I have now purchased 8 bathing suits from them and I have more saved in my cart. Cupshe is very easy to use and the quality of the suits are amazing. So many different styles to choose from I’m sure you
will find one or more that you will want. On top of great prices their customer service is out of this world amazing and respond quickly to any questions you have. If your on the fence about it just download Cupshe and buy one item I’m sure you will not be disappointed!!

I originally ordered one bathing suit, and it was a one piece. When I ordered I matched the measurements for a size medium, but the hips ended up being too big. I emailed the team asking about exchanges/returns, and they replied by saying I not only got a full refund for the suit, but I could keep it and the refund was store credit. Obviously I used the credit for another suit, this time a bikini, and I ordered a size smaller than what I thought would fit. I ordered it and it came in reasonable timing, and I ended up with 2 bathing suits, but I only had to pay for one. Both are amazing quality and after a few months I’ve started to fit into the one piece more. Would definitely recommend and buy again!!! (Order a size down!!!!)

I used to buy bathing suits in stores but ever since my friend told me about Cupshe I have only bought from this app! The bathing suits are SO GREAT, with awesome designs and great quality. I ran into a problem one time where I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I joined the chat room and they fixed it immediately and sent me the right size. I also ordered a top and it was too small so I again joined the chat and were VERY helpful by giving me store credit for me to reorder the right size again. I have never experienced this great of a customer service from an app before so I applaud you guys for being so great at it.

The quality of the suit I ordered was great it was just big so I ordered a different size and contacted the customer service department to get a refund for the first suit. I have emailed them on multiple occasions and I get the same word for word general email reply about having two options for a return and to reply back to them with which option I would like. I replied back to them with all the information they requested about my order informationand which option I would like for my return and then nothing! They will not email you back!!! Buyer beware!!! If you make a purchase I hope there is nothing wrong with your order because all this company will do it give you the run around and you will never see a dime back!!!

I have placed multiple orders from them and loved everything I have ordered. Two suit I ordered for my mom did not fit her chest area so I contacted customer service to do a return. I was super happy with the customer service I received for that. I was able to order new suits and loved them. I swim a lot between the pool/jacuzzi and the lake so I have worn my suits quite a bit already and they are holding up well and I get compliments all the time on them. I can't believe how great of quality for such a great price. I only wish they had a physical store to buy from also so I can try more style on that I'm not sure will look right on my body style So far though I haven't been disappointed. So happy they have a super easy app now so I can find exactly what I'm looking for easier and faster now. I recommend them all the time to people who stop me to ask where I got my suit and it so easy to say get the this app app.

Omg! I absolutely love my new swimsuit from this app❤️ It fits super well and is exactly what I wanted. I’ve worn it so much, but the colors haven’t faded and that is AMAZING!!!! They ship super fast. Mine took about 5 days and they’re packing is super cute!!!! They package is small so it’ll fit in a regular size mail box, so you don’t have to go through the hassle of trying to get it when the post office is open. They’ll a slo deliver straight to your house which is great if you’re super busy. The this app app is super easy to use and they have soooo many options!! They also have tons of other stuff which is also super cute. I really love Cupshe and all their swimsuits. My sister told me about Cupshe and I’ve been obsessed ever since!! I would totally recommend Cupshe to any who HATES swimsuit shopping and really just doesn’t have time for it. The swimsuits are amazing and super cheap! Definitely my favorite app!!!
