hi, I purchased a lot of clothing and am happy with most of it. However, due to my height 4 items are too short. I attempted to initiate a return and print the label this morning. My email was not recognized. I created a new profile and it showed no purchase history. I have no way of printing my return label. please help

So I recently placed an order with this company for 4 suits on this app. Checked over all my items, good, shipping address, good, payment info, all good. Submitted my order. It immediately told me my order was placed, BUT every item was now a completely different size than I ordered. They ALL switched to medium which I haven’t worn since I was in middle school. Got an email confirmation, guess what, yep, all mediums. I tried to email the company, I tried to call. You get the generic, “we will respond to you as quickly as we can” crap. Don’t try to call because it rings busy to somewhere in New Jersey and then hangs up on you, or it rings until a recording saying the line is busy comes on and to try later, then again hangs up on you. I also received a separate paid email from Cupshe. Hey look, a different number to call for help. I called that and it went to Nanjing, China. Guess what??? That number also is not working. I have also sent them a message via FB messenger. No response yet. Left them a message on FB. No response yet. Take your chances folks. My advice. Don’t use this app, don’t use this company at all.

I ordered a size medium and am usually a small in most suits. It was so tight it hurt. The sizing in this suit was way off. It took me two weeks to process a return. I received no confirmation email after placing my order and was unable to track my expedited shipping. I also did not receive a packing slip with my order. They continually told me they could not find my order, and I was unable to provide an order number, therefore, I could not return it. I said I would dispute the charge through PayPal (how I paid) then they very quickly found my order, after multiple messages of “I’m sorry, we show no record of your order.” They only replied to my initial email return request by saying “We will send an email with directions” but never did. I emailed them twice and still nothing but recognition and a promise to send an email with return directions, which I never received. After several days, I realized that if I downloaded the app, I could see they were messaging me through the app. Every time (5 times to be exact) they said my app/account log in dis not work and required me to reset it. I loved the suit...it was just too small. Had planned exchange it but after all this trouble, I will take my money elsewhere. So frustrating.
I told several friends about my frustrations and they too experienced the “run around” with returns. I would pay double the price to not have the stress. Take your money elsewhere.

While I’m happy with the suits quality, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I purchased 7 suits to try on. I fell in love with 2, and wanted to return 5. For one there was no mention of their “less than desirable” return policy routine. And two I followed all the extremely ridiculous instructions to return the 5 suits and I have only received 1 refund, and they keep responding to my other emails with responses that don’t even match my initial email. Example- they responded to one of my return request emails with- “we are sorry your package has been lost, please check around outside of house and with neighbors to see if your package is around, otherwise it’s on it’s way.” It’s very hard not to lose patience with an online only company that does not accommodate their customers when purchasing and returning suits. I would not have purchased 7 suits, had I known this would be such a headache. Again, the suits are good quality (however I don’t know how they hold up over time since I haven’t worn them anywhere yet) but I suggest buying 1 or 2 suits at a time in case you don’t get your money back. Also, suits run small. I’m a medium and the larges mostly fit well, but a few L were even snug, hence the returns.
