The app needs to be fixed. It first has you fill in all your information then when you navigate to your email to get the code, when you go back All you filled in is gone and you can never fill in the code they sent you. It's a dead end loop.

Using the app on my iphone with most current software update, the app stops on the permissions page and will not do anything else. I have deleted and reinstalled the app.

Gets stuck on opening screen. Password correct , then it asks me to manage permissions. I do. Then back to same screen- no entry into site

I downloaded the App to be able to access my doctors at Memorial Hermann. It hangs up when "we require permission etc" screen comes up. and just locks when I've "allowed" and try Managing. No way out, back or forward. Frustrating, given that it was supposedly update two weeks ago.

Hello My EverydayWell app is not allowing me to access the menu section, I click on the tab and the ‘working on it’ icon gets hung up trying to access the menu and then the app crashes. I have the iPhone 13 the IOS is up to date. Thanks
