I’m poor, I can’t afford a new iPhone. EverydayWell has an update but requires iso 13.2 or higher. My iPhone will not update past 12.5 because Apple is trying to force me to buy the newest model. I tried to use EverydayWell to look up my test results, can’t access without updating app, can’t update app without updating my ISO, can’t update ISO because Apple wants me to upgrade phone. Therefore EverydayWell is no longer of use to me, will have log in through my computer, when I get home.

I was forced to update EverydayWell and it didn’t load properly or something because I got a completely white screen. Had to quit EverydayWell and open it again. I went to the Radiology option to see my scans but when I touched Download nothing happened for any of the scans. No message appeared or anything. Please fix this because I want to share it with one of my specialist.

I received a response from the developer with instructions too long press the download button. I tried that and selected the option to open my radiology report but the report still did not open. I sent a video to the developer.

I spent 3 hours answering the questions on the forms preparing for my upcoming visit. I got kicked off the website and when I logged back in only two sections had been completed. When I tried to get back in nothing happened. This is very frustrating. EverydayWell is not intuitive and the “next” buttons are unresponsive.
App needs work in getting it to load!

Great idea, but needs fine tuning!!! It signs me out all the time!!! To sign in it takes forever to load the website!!

EverydayWell is terrible. Extremely slow, often crashes, and many functions don’t even work (such as scheduling an appointment with your provider).

The “urgent care” is terrible. The providers don’t read anything you say (as evidenced by them submitting replies within seconds of you filling out twenty pages of information). I definitely don’t recommend wasting your time and money!

EverydayWell has come a long way. The virtual visit functionality is outstanding.

EverydayWell is painfully difficult to use and impossible for trying to find information. When trying to find facilities, the map won’t show all offices. You can’t find providers with the search functioned by alphabetical listing. Formatting of text is poor. the messaging system doesn’t work.

The patient has to be over 18. If you are trying to have your child seen online to avoid having to drive to an urgent care full of Covid patients, then you’re wasting your time. Just go ahead and start driving because that is what you will be instructed to do. This is garbage.

At first EverydayWell never loads, just a blank screen. But now that I received the email to complete my registration EverydayWell works perfectly.

I havent found a way to automatically populate the lab tests onto iOS Health Records. This feature is currently offer by several heatlh apps and it’d be great idea to get Memoral Hermann data too.

This is one pile of crap that crashes makes you log in several times. No Face ID and when it comes to being intuitive, 2/10. Horrible, but what would
I know? I wrote software for 18 years.

I only gave this one star because it is not possible to give a lower rating. app does not even open sign in screen on my iPhone - therefore it offers no functionality

New user who was really looking forward to using the evisit service, but EverydayWell literally hung up every time I tried to use either the evisit or any other button for that matter. Come on guys! Let’s make sure this works before you put it out there!

EverydayWell is a disaster. Hermann has to be different. MyChart works flawlessly and integrates with tons of organizations. Fix your app or use MyChart. Your patients have enough issues they don't need a shotty app added to them.

Everyday Well practically insist that you download EverydayWell but I have a message with lab results and I can only see about half of the page. This is huge since it’s the only reason I wanted it in the first place.

Really needs to integrate with Apple HealthKit, though. It would be great if the lab results I can view in Everyday Well would transfer over so I could also track them in the Apple Health app.

Every time I have attempted to do a virtual visit, the “begin” link for the forms never works. It’s quite frustrating. I use EverydayWell on an iPhone 11.

Really wish I could post a pic, tried to log in and it’s a white and yellow page with the words server error and runtime error all over it 🤷🏻‍♀️ how does this help us.

EverydayWell does not work with the iPhone Pro. Also, it appears to be just a web browser relay, not a true app. I find that concerning.

Website login cycles the same three webpages over and over. If I attempt to login via EverydayWell its just stuck on the loading screen.

Looks like the website. Slow to load and I’m on a good WiFi connection. Overall EverydayWell is somewhat acceptable.

App gave me script error when I logged in. Uninstalled then reinstalled and it still gave me script error page when I logged in.

Doesn’t work. Simple as that. Sign in = white screen, nothing more.

Can’t sign in “unauthorized user” via app. Website works fine. Go back to the drawing board.

Wonderful App to do virtual visits.

What a garbage app!! Does not load any results. Horrible!
Needs major Rehaul.

Have had EverydayWell for a few months and have never been able to fully read the messages from my doctor. When in the message I can’t scroll to the read the text on the right side of the message. Will not let me resize the screen to read it. It’s a pain in the butt. Does appear to work better on my PC but I hardly every use it on it.
