I can't update the Livewell app in the Play Store.

I am trying to sign up with a live well account. I never got a security code to continue. What kind of support is this?
App won't work on any computer or phone.
The app won't complete its update, and I can't get into livewell.
When i try logging in a blank screen just comes up and then a message pops up that says app isnt working and i have to close the app
App wont work on my android phone, I can log in but then the app freezes and crashes
When I try to login to my app, I can’t get in with my username and password. I have changed my password several times but I still can’t get in.
My app only works for 1 day then I can't open again so I uninstalled it then i Reinstated it .it worked for one day again so I can't open my app again
