[Solved] App either won't log in or it will but it is stuck loading. Can't clock in or do anything
The app keeps saying authenticating and won't let me log in.
cps are not able to log in/out due to issues with location..

After I successfully logined in, the wellsky app shows Network error: Response not successful: Received status code 401
My calender on the app isn't functioning and it's showing dates in multiple 1's or 2's, not the actual date. Please fix this issue.
My Wellsky work account keeps coming up erro 400 how too fix this problem can you please help

Can't get app. Have a new phone.
I have a Samsung A12 with the Clear Care app... the app continues to not let me log in and logging out. I push the button and they won't turn from red to green... it's the only app on my phone that will not work. Please help.

I was working for an agency that used clear care and used the portal with ease and loved it. Tomorrow I start work with a different agency and have not been able to accept the invite to join their clear care portal because it goes immediately to the one I previously used. The old agency has closed me out of their system. I’ve tried removing the app altogether and turned off my tablet to reboot and when I go to accept the invite from my new agency it goes right to the app and says OPEN and when I try it says invalid email address. A viscous circle and I need to access it by 8 am tomorrow. I even created a new email account and asked them to send the invite there which they did but the same thing happens. It goes to the original user name and says invalid. Apparently this is a common occurrence which would make me not want to use clear care if I were an employer. But I have to so HELP
Hello! This app is not working. It allows me to log in then it pushes me out. I have a IPhone Max Pro. Can you please have your technician look at the app… lots of people having issues.
