How to fix Wellframe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wellframe app on iPhone
Update Wellframe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wellframe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wellframe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wellframe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wellframe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wellframe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wellframe App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wellframe » click [Force Stop]

Update Wellframe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wellframe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wellframe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wellframe.

Fix Wellframe unable to contact server/ Wellframe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wellframe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wellframe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
