I have been a member for over a year and can’t get logged into ClubFitness. No one at the gym has even used ClubFitness to help me get logged in. And ClubFitness uses barcodes they don’t use at the locations. I’m so frustrated and will be deleting ClubFitness because it serves no purpose when you can find the info out online... I wish this worked better, it would be nice for locations and classes as well as amenities. I considered getting the premium membership but this deterred me because it’s not easy to use and I don’t need super amenities it just would’ve been nice.

The club fitness marketing in the gyms does not match ClubFitness functionality. It seems that the marketing department wanted ClubFitness out before development staff was ready. ClubFitness seems to have features that are not in use (deals and extras), and lacking features that were promised (phone check-in).

If you are looking to gain basic information about locations, classes, or anything else from their website then ClubFitness is for you. There are better workout trackers in ClubFitness Store then this one.

Disappointing app.

This is a very poorly patched together version of the website - especially the "find a class" feature which is one of the main reasons I downloaded it. I was hoping it would be a better version of how the website looks on mobile but it's not. It's almost worse. Super hard to navigate. The different "sections" of ClubFitness don't even seem to live within ClubFitness - they basically open a web page upon launch. Not what I would expect from an app. Not very user friendly whatsoever. I like that you can connect to you CF "account" and view your agreement and whatever but it doesn't show me my upcoming trainer appointments (which I know I have) even though there's a section that is supposed to do so. ClubFitness seems useless unless some serious improvements are made.

Gym doesn’t seem to care that ClubFitness is useless. You can only use to find a class schedule.

Sure. Just don’t ask for a refund. Already billed? Too bad. Next months charge? You get to pay that one too. What a racket!!!

I have to have a barcode to log in to my account in which I don’t have. What is the point?

I can’t see my activity log at all- and no one seems to be able to help. For booking classes, I can’t see the rate or even the option to book. Not sure why this is an app if it’s not helpful.

I downloaded ClubFitness so I could check in on my phone and not have to carry around a key card. It looks like this feature doesn’t exist, which makes ClubFitness useless. This is standard functionality on other gym apps I have used, like the LA Fitness app.

Trying to create an account on ClubFitness and it is asking for the barcode that I received when I signed up. I was not given a barcode. Seems to be an issue everyone is having. Useless app and needs to be updated.

Just reiterating that you can’t use ClubFitness because it needs a barcode from your access card, but the access cards don’t have barcodes on them. This is the worst app failure I’ve ever witnessed. Frustrating. Pointless issue. I know college freshman that can build better app access and security than this.

I’m not sure what the purpose is of ClubFitness. I recently joined Club Fitness after not working out for 30+ years. I was hoping ClubFitness would have information re: various pieces of equipment (not free weights) to help me better understand what’s available and use them properly. Sadly ClubFitness is of little value and leaves me having to ask other patrons for advice. Very frustrating.

There is no barcode offered by Rockhill! There’s a barcode number that the gym knows but not members!If there’s no barcode it should clearly say on the application sign up with a trainer or an associate inside of your gym because otherwise this piece of crap will not allow you to book group classes or to access membership only options! this is ridiculous fix this crap.

I keep wasting my time trying to get this to work, but I need it for the class schedule (because they said it’s too much of a hassle to update their website - you have to look at ClubFitness ). I don’t have a barcode on my gigantic door access tag and it doesn’t recognize me as a member by my email, but I get all the emails from them! I’ve been a member over a year. I’ve tried twice carefully walking through each step. Super frustrated.

This would be a nice app if I could access other areas. It wants me to scan a barcode which I don’t have. So, I cannot set up an account because it doesn’t recognize me on the system and directs me to obtain the mystery bar code.

Seems like an ok app. Would be great if it could connect with my Apple Watch or with my health app.

Allows for manual entry of workouts and hasn't crashed yet. First week of use.

I love that you can add to calendar & save different locations as favorites!!
