No Barcode No App

I have been a member for over a year and can’t get logged into this app. No one at the gym has even used the app to help me get logged in. And the app uses barcodes they don’t use at the locations. I’m so frustrated and will be deleting this app because it serves no purpose when you can find the info out online... I wish this worked better, it would be nice for locations and classes as well as amenities. I considered getting the premium membership but this deterred me because it’s not easy to use and I don’t need super amenities it just would’ve been nice.
Terrible App

I keep wasting my time trying to get this to work, but I need it for the class schedule (because they said it’s too much of a hassle to update their website - you have to look at the app). I don’t have a barcode on my gigantic door access tag and it doesn’t recognize me as a member by my email, but I get all the emails from them! I’ve been a member over a year. I’ve tried twice carefully walking through each step. Super frustrated.

There is no barcode offered by Rockhill! There’s a barcode number that the gym knows but not members!If there’s no barcode it should clearly say on the application sign up with a trainer or an associate inside of your gym because otherwise this piece of crap will not allow you to book group classes or to access membership only options! this is ridiculous fix this crap.
