I guess I’ll just continue to order in person

the menus don’t load.

I loved Engage, when it worked!! I have tried everything to reloading and nothing works!! Please help...

I seem to be having a problem deleting a old club that doesn’t exist anymore and I can’t even order from any other stores. I keep getting a error message of 400.

Engage will not allow you to stay on for more than 30 seconds of trying to make an order before crashing

My password needs to be changed, but the links they email to change it are all expired. Every time, no matter how quickly I use them.

Engage USED to be great. Now is doesn’t open. Ever. I tried resetting my password and it still pops up with an “ application error “ message. Works 0% of the time. FRUSTRATING. And I checked. There are no updates available. I have the latest version available. ALSO, curiously....two of the stores near my work and home have closed( locked) their doors. One said supply issues and the other did not answer the phone. Is there something going on ?

You’ve got to fix this! It crashes within seconds of opening it every. single. time.

Everytime you go to order an item, you can’t select anything.

Crashes every time I try to use it. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again many times.

Engage continuously crashes and logs you out. It won’t accept the valid QR code’s after. It’s extremely frustrating.

Why does Engage keep giving me an error message?

App is easy to use and great... when it works. I’ve had to delete and download every week for the past month. I keep getting application 500 errors. Fix the issue already.

Never can order online, crashes, when you finally do get logged in, can’t even order. I’ve logged out, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted phone, nothing works. Worst app ever!!!

Not the best app because it keeps crashing halfway through trying to place an order - please try and fix that problem

Every time I login to Engage I get an error screen and I’m forced to close out of Engage .

It work just fine with us , been using it for while is so convenient for our customers makes it easy and quick grab and go , is all about practicing using it everyday even if to some doesn’t works but they are working to improve Engage easier to use .

Engage makes it so easy to see the full menu, order ahead, and it also makes it easier for the club owner!

Hello, I have recently set up engage for my club and I went to look through it today and it’s showing my club is no longer active. How do I fix that so my customers can get on?
