The app hasn’t let me refresh my balance for two weeks now.

Common dislikes about TruStone app

- Bug with photo back of check

- Not sure if transfer will go through same day

- Lost features with Banno OLB compared to Firefly Q2

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TruStone app issues:

Force Stop the TruStone App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TruStone app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TruStone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TruStone App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TruStone app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TruStone.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TruStone » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TruStone » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
