Hello,My bluedriver works well before .Now when use ,its scan engine only . Its doesnt give option of what to scan ( engine or body or both) note : i using same bluedriver ,same iphone and same vehicle which ii an amarok . Please help Idris from Mauritius

I get 3 communication errors using Bluedriver with my 2019 Chevy Silverado. Losses communication with Gateway A, TCM and ECM/PCM A. I know these systems are functioning properly. Can the immobilizer prevent communication?

BlueDriver scan tool will not connect with my phone as well as all my family’s phones. The lights flash on the tool but the app says it can’t find it! When I go to my phone’s Bluetooth settings I get it to say Connected to the BlueDriver tool, but when I go back to the app it’s not connected and won’t connect!

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BlueDriver OBD2 Scan Tool » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BlueDriver OBD2 Scan Tool » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BlueDriver OBD2 Scan Tool
