The app says “Alert Request Timed Out Retry.” After hitting Retry, it goes back to the same thing.

Only after logging in, getting a security code and then entering that code, do I get the message that balances and transactions are "temporarily unavailable". What a lame system!

it has been 3 days and my UB app is not working on my phone. it keeps on crashing once i tap on the app. i did some troubleshootong already like restarting my phone, uninstall & reinstall the app. no updates yet on the apple store. please help. thank you
