The app on my windows PC is uploading the PDF's as damaged, I can't use them to merge the PDF's.
After I scan my documents and send via email I get the swoosh that it has sent but it is not showing up in my email. I also tried sending to another email and it did not send.
I can no longer upload vouchers to my work website because max file size is 175 Kb. The app worked great for me since 2017. But yesterday it changed. It looks different and there is no option for lower than 777 Kb. I want to keep using it but it no longer functions.
Auto crop is cutting off part of the documents. Since the scanner has updated I can't fix this. A suggestion would be wonderful. Thanks.
my emails not being sent, seems this is a reoccurring problem. How can I fix this?
I got a new phone. And none of my scanned items came over. Please help
when I start using CS sign it worked great for signing documents but then white dots started to appear in the scan I had taken of a signature . The next scans started getting worse until the whole signature was surrounded by white lines and pixelated white dots. I thought it was the camera on my phone so I bought a new Google Pixel phone which has a fancy camera. The very same thing happened again. I messed around with all the settings in the CS signature menu but nothing seemed to fix the problem. The only thing I can think that might have caused this was that I took a scanned an image on my desktop computer and somehow this has scrambled the camera on my phone. At a total loss now.
Camscanner says my phone number, which I use all the time is wrong. Is this email secure to give the number for debugging?
CamScan is no longer faxing my documents but they are deducting my balance. I’m beyond upset and pissed off. I have been using them since 2013 without any issues until May of 2023. It shows a fax has been in the Sending status since May 22 2023. I’ve called the business they said their fax machine works and has been receiving fax and has NOT received any of my documents
Non of my emails will go through. So frustrating after paying a lot of money for a premium program. The documents Can great info on file. Then we I try to send. Nothing goes through. I have tried dozens of times.
Cam scanner is not sending my documents to my email. I need to turn in my assignments for college and this is very frustrating. I spent quite a lot of money to have a reliable program now i am going to have a bad grade because Cam scanner won't send my documents to my email.
When I try to email scans it shows the email has been sent but it is never received i have been using CS Scanner for a couple of year's with no problem got a new iphone downloaded the app and the emails will not go thru
It appears to be capturing everything; however, when I go to email to someone, I notice it’s cut off part of the document.
I paid for gold but it isn't working
Been using CamScanner for years. Today it won't open and says "Something went wrong with CamScanner ... closed because this app has a bug. Try Updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." When I downloaded and install the latest Update of Google Play, it says "Installed" and will ask if I want to "Open" Camscanner. Nothing happens after and it will again say "Something went wrong with CamScanner ... closed because this app has a bug. Try Updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error."
When I try to send a new pdf by secure email I get Message: Outdated Draft, This draft has been sent from another endpoint. I tried renaming the document but did not help. I redownloaded the app and it worked for a few days then this popped up again. I have I phone 7S
Can I get a refund.
Whenever I try to open it, it is not opening.
