Im trying to set up my acc and it sends the verification code. After that an error message: cannot connect to dmv server What can I do?
Not being able to create an account The app scans my id, I put in my details, I get the verification code too after I enter it in the app it says myColorado is not able to communicate with the DMV systems right now. Please try again later. This issue is pops up every time, I try to create an account, I’ve tried like 5-7 times at different times on different days. Please help.
App will not open.
Can’t get past the first page. It just disappears when I try to open the app.

Everytime that I try to reset my password, I get a reset code, but after entering the new password twice and pressing OK, I am asked for a verification code, but I do not get this code on either my phone or email. I do not have the old password.

Hello, I'm getting a message error saying the app is not connected to DMV services. I did everything I was supposed to do before trying to do the digital ID and it keeps saying it doesn't work. Help please!

Hello and good evening, I updated the App today, and I cannot Login. At login, the app does not recognize my email address and password (like I never has an account, went to the username and password recovery page), but if I try to create a new one my email address is recognized and can't go further. Catch 22. Can't Login (unrecognized) Can't create a new account (email recognized). Can you help?
App constantly crashing. Whenever I try to use the filters option it crashes the app.
