When my son receives an invite to connect to Verizon family, it does not send him a code
Verizon family app location hasnt worked properly for 5 days. It says device is in reachable
The android app won't allow internet access to Google play or When I Work app.
The app does not allow for me to sign into my account and since there is no desktop version, I am paying for a service I am unable to access.
I have to disconnect and reconnect this app at least 1x per month. What would cause it to keep demanding a fix every month?
