I have one REOLINK E1 Outdoor PoE camera and two REOLINK 4K PTZ Outdoor Cameras When I use Windows 11 laptop, and windows 11 tower, app works great. Even with video set to Clear no problem. But on Android Tablet, and Android phone app works in ok in Fluent but when I set it to Clear, app reboots.
I have had the reolink app on my android tablet and two android phones for over a year. The reolink app keeps logging itself off which prevents me from getting motion alerts live.

Can't upgrade. Java Error. Then stays stuck on Download & doesn't install.
I phone keeps dropping app. Have to keep logging into camera when camera is working I put it on its mount outside and it stops working
Client works on MacBook Pro, app works on iPhone, app does not work on iPad.

Running Reolink app on a new Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet. I've figured out how to prevent the tablet from shutting down; but after several hours, the Reolink app apparently stops, and it displays the 'desktop' with all the app icons. If I tap the Reolink icon, it will start up and run again for several hours; but overnight it will shut down again.
I Manage about 20 NVR's and hundreds of cameras, Since last update (I'm on version 4.34.0.5 Android) app has become extremely slow and today it will not load any cameras / NVR's I cleared cache and restarted phone.
Seems like we all have issues with the app not working with iPad (freezing) but I’m not seeing any solutions.
Android 13. Can open individual cameras on my house but it crashes loading either NVR of a two business locations I manage.
Reolink installed and works on new iPad Air 5 but opens to Reolink blue screen. The screen is frozen can do nothing with it other than close it down.
Have iPad and app freeze on open app what is the fix. Also have an android phone the app opens and then scan code but then it don’t connect what is the fix for this
Reolink app on brand new iPad Air 5 freezes at home screen and does not load. :( Also can't get to any camera from the web using IP address. :(

I am setting up my Reolink camera and the screen has gone entirely blank (white) on the phone app after I entered my phone number and accepted the subscription cost. I can't go any further unless I try to uninstall the app, and reinstall it.
Can’t access my cameras with my iPhone, had no issues up until today, any ideas?
Ran reolink stupid update on my lap top, now it won't work. Connects then goes blank screen.
I can't remember how to go back a few months ago to watch video??
